Sebastian was the best service advisor that I could have asked for. He listened to what I was experiencing without any preconceived judgements. He explained everything very throughly and when he didn't know an answer, he wasn't afraid to ask. I have never experienced such a nice service advisor who was willing to help and he seemed like he was genuinely happy to resolve the issues I was having with my car. He took the time to listen, explain, was not pushy at all, and helped me resolve the problem that I was having with my steering, all the while still being honest, forward, and to the point. I will definitely be bringing my car back because of the customer service and professionalism that I saw and experienced at Faulkner Honda.

I’ve purchased 2 Accords from Faulkner and was treated like I was buying a premium branded car. Excellent physical facility, Rob Thompson took care of me and any future Honda purchase will be at Faulkner first. Would definitely recommend!

My first experience buying a car was an amazing one at Faulkner Honda. I wound up getting a used 2018 Honda Accord and Dylan was amazing throughout the whole process. He made my first experience buying a car great! He was super helpful and wanted to help me find the best car for me while also keeping it affordable and he did just that! Super thankful!!

Horrible Service. Staff was slow, rude and unhelpful. Lied and gave me a wrong quote on a car. Do not go here, go to the one on 309 near the mall, much easier. Don't go here!!!

What the Faulk happened to Keenan Honda? I have never seen a Service Department go so clearly downhill since Faulkner took over. They don't even keep that beautiful facility nearly as clean. Changed out all the people, capped by a miserable cashier. So disappointed.

I purchased my vehicle at another dealership, but always come to Faulkner (previously Keenan) for service. Ashley is very kind and always explains what needs to be done without pushing anything on to the customer that they do not want. She and the rest of the service department are great. Definitely recommend Faulkner service.

I was visiting from out of town and needed some work done on my Honda. I spoke with Bob and he was very professional. Quick to respond to me with detailed information I needed to make a decision on what my car needed to have fixed. I didn't feel any pressure at all and I actually had a much better experience with this Honda dealership than I have previously had back in my home state with other Honda's I've owned. Would definitely return to have work done here.

This dealership has left me in the dark regarding a paint defect that is covered under an extension of the warranty. Terrible customer service and horrible logistics.
