If there was an option for zero stars, I'd select it. Reading through the prior yelp reviews only confirmed my frustration with this dealership. They charged me 800 bucks on a faulty ac compressor on my car that was only 2 years old, and the same ac compressor they replaced. Additionally, similar to one of the other reviews they over price all of their vehicles. Even prior to the supply shortage due to the pandemic. I had went in with my brother and mother wanting to purchase 3 brand new cars. Thinking they would cut us some type of deal. When we spoke to the sale manager he literally laughed in our faces and mentioned that no dealers would sell at msrp. We ended up purchasing our cars from Ciocca Honda, which was happy to work out a deal that worked for all. Little did the sales floor know that I have a lot of family/friends in the business ;-)... It's my understanding that Keenan is being bought out by Faulkner. Hopefully Faulkner can run a better business that Keenan. If not, it's worth the 2 hour drive to Ciocca.

I just spoke to them after a terrible conversation with another Honda dealership. The person I spoke to at Keenan knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to give me more information based of my description only. The other dealership wouldn't even talk to me unless I took a day off to visit them so they could 'assess' the damage before they would even talk about the part needed and would have demanded I take another day off at THEIR convenience to repair the car.I will defiantly be going to Keenan in the future for all my Honda needs when the time comes.

Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to fix your car. They charged $465 of labor for a job they estimated would take between an hour to an hour and a half, I should've asked to see the breakout between the parts and labor before I agreed to let them work on my car. I wrongly assumed a chunk of the cost was the part. They are a complete rip off and the cashier I worked with couldn't be bothered to stop eating for the two minutes she had to process my payment.

My daughter's 2017 Civic was having Air Conditioning issues. When I brought it in for service, I knew there was recall on certain parts for the 2017 Civic A/C. I was told that one part of the A/C repair was covered by the recall extended warranty and the other wasn't. The other cost would be about $500. I questioned why a 4 year old car would have A/C issues if not for the defective part that was originally put into it when it was made. The service person told me it was just wear and tear on the car. I have never heard of an A/C repair being needed on a 4 year old car with 45,000 miles. How ridiculous to have me believe that one defective part was covered and the other was not. I can't even believe that was the line of crap I was given. The entire repair should have been covered. Shame on them for trying to get additional money out of a loyal customer. And shame on Honda for making a crappy car with a defective A/C. Stand behind your cars or lose customers in the future. Really disappointed.

Since 1985 I've purchased 5 vehicles from Keenan Honda. Three were new and two were pre-owned. Friends and family members of mine I've recommended to Keenan over the years have also purchased at least 4 new cars that I know of. (could even be more) The 2014 Accord I purchased back in February developed a bad starter. I called my salesman Joe D to find out if there was something they could do for me. I've driven the car less than 3K miles since the purchase. He got back to me and told me vehicle had a 3 month power train warranty and there was "nothing at all" he could do for me. I get it, the Accord is 3 months out of DEALER warranty....... but as a long time loyal customer and repeat buyer I figured they could do something. O well, Keenan has lost this long time customer. Apparently loyalty no longer means anything at this dealership. Hope this honest review helps any perspective buyer......AJB

I needed a passenger side molding for my Honda, so I searched it on eBay and Keenan Honda came up. I called them and Jim helped me by giving me the part number, and I ordered it from their eBay store!Thanks Jim

Garbage dealership. Salesman tried to lie to me and tell me that "absolutely no dealerships in the country will sell Type R's for MSRP". Funny when theres a whole list of dealerships who do sell them at MSRP created by customers who got them at MSRP price. F****** liar. Tryna sell a $38k car for $45k. Salesman's name is Eric Nyce on FB. Do yourself a favor folks go to the forums and find the list for yourself. Pay the $1000 on top of MSRP and have your car shipped to you instead of paying over 7k MSRP at garbage dealerships like this

Pick a different dealer. Went to pick up a part. Place was empty of customers. The woman at the counter stared at her screen pretending not to notice as I stood 6' in front of her. Finally someone else took notice and called for someone in the parts department to come out front. When the part was brought out I was asked to sign the invoice which was magically higher than the price shown on their own website. When I questioned it, I got the shoulder shrug.

I had a very good experience today at Keenan Honda. They stood behind their product and made it right. Bob, the service manager, went out of his way to make sure I was 100% satisfied before I left the dealership. I've bought 3 cars there and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Mitch is my go to salesman.

This dealership is five star from the time you walk in the door! Everyone is so friendly and professional and not pushy or annoying like other places! Mitch, Kyle and Steve all made my transaction smooth and quick and I love my new CRV. Mitch even called the next day to see if I had questions and how I was liking the car. Highly recommend Keenan for your next auto purchase!

I couldn't be more impressed with George Vdokakes, he is the best! He is honest and genuinely cares about his customers. George is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, and I really appreciate how thorough and responsive he has been. George took the time to completely go over every feature of the vehicle I was interested in and with a wonderful sense of humor explained exactly why each feature was important and why I should purchase from Keenan. Working with George is extremely easy and pleasant and it made a tremendous difference in my overall opinion of Keenan Honda, if it weren't for the efforts George put forth, I would have purchased somewhere else. My husband and I came in tonight and were fortunate enough to work with George Vdokakes! I got lucky and had gone on Keenan’s website and asked to chat with someone and he was it! He’s been nothing but friendly and helpful since the beginning. We’re having our 3rd baby in less than 3 years and we knew it was time for a mini van. After a lot of research we knew the Honda Odyssey touring was what we wanted. George answered all 200 questions we had with no problem and kept making us laugh.
