I don’t think they’re that bad but they made my car worse. They replaced useless parts, unaligned one of my bumpers, and left many scratches along the car. I didn’t want to take my car here and I will not recommend to anyone else. Very disappointed.

Never seen this much unprofessionallism by a company, this big. Will not tell you the whole story but never stepping in this place again. They already costed me 3000 dollars without repairing the car :) let’s see what’s next.

The work they did was fine. It was not my first time using them. However, even though the car was finished on Friday afternoon, I didn't know until I called on Tuesday that it was ready for pickup. I never got a call from them. They said they tried to call me Friday, but I have no missed calls on my phone. They also didn't call Monday or Tuesday. I ended having to pay for my rental for 4 days longer than I should have. When I expressed my concern with this upon pickup I was met with complete indifference.

What great service! Ron was the best. He walked me through this accident repair with kindness and respect. All parts were ordered prior to dropping off my car. The repair was expedited. What a pleasure to work with Faulkner collision and Ron! I’m very happy. Thank you again.

Oh, where do I even begin with my experience at Faulkner Collision? If you're a young woman looking for a delightful blend of condescension and indifference, look no further! I walked into this establishment, and let me tell you, I was greeted with the warm enthusiasm of a wet blanket on a winter's day.As a young woman, I guess I should've expected that my mere presence would be an inconvenience to the staff. I mean, who needs customer service when you can just treat people like they're invisible, am I right? It's like I walked into a black hole of courtesy and professionalism.I naively hoped to get an estimate for some much-needed car repairs, but it seems that was too much to ask for. The employees couldn't be bothered to give me the time of day, let alone a proper estimate. I tried to muster my best impression of someone who might actually know something about cars, but apparently, I didn't quite pull it off.In the end, I decided to trust my gut and headed down the street to Fred Beans Car Star, where they treated me like a valued customer and gave me the attention and service I deserved.In conclusion, if you're a young woman seeking respect and a fair estimate, I'd recommend steering clear of this place. After all, why settle for patronizing attitudes when you can find a garage that treats you like the intelligent, capable person you are?

Never coming back, damage to front underside of my vehicle and Ron the estimator doesn’t even ask if the vehicle needs to be lifted up to see underlying damage, then writes an estimate based only off of what HE can see. Repaired parts lasted about 3 weeks before coming off during daily driving, needing to be repaired again. Tells insurance ‘new damage’ but neglects the fact that ‘new damage’ was merely caused by the part breaking off and scraping on the highway, but what would I know about my own vehicle that I drove 30k miles in a little over a year. Less than satisfied to say the least.Service: Body & Trim

I was astonished that this collision center insists customers use only credit cards when completing transactions worth thousands of dollars. In the year 2023, when there is ample technology available to verify funds when accepting personal checks, it is abhorrent that a business would force its customers to rely on credit card payments only, particularly in light of high interest rate environment we find ourselves in today. To add insult to injury, the manager did not effectively de-escalate the situation. If I had influence over the management decisions at the Doylestown location, I would replace the current branch manager with Brian - the sales representative who was much better to respond to my concerns. I will never go to this location again, and honestly - this has seriously tainted the very high standards usually set by Faulkner facilities.

Very professional, timely and informative. Did a great job at explaining the process and expectations for repairs. Worked well with Enterprise, smooth process of dropping vehicle off and getting rental car.

When the business was Keenan Collision, it did excellent work with paintless dent removal on my Mercedes-Benz C-Class. Have been trying to contact them to do the same on the E-Class I bought from Keenan but can only get through to a voicemail box, which messages have yet to be returned. Just another example of how consideration of responsiveness to the customer has dropped since the Faulkner takeover of Keenan.Service: Body & Trim

At first was giving a five star rating for the initial experience. Had my 21 wrx in for repairs on a new trunk and bumper. Only to call and find out they had switched companies to faulkner without notice to the customers. then had my car in before Thanksgiving and car is still not repaired. In a rental for a month now and still no exact eta on when I will receive my car. Definitely should not take this long for this kind of repair. Still patiently waiting for my car back next week is Christmas and I will just be paying more for a rental. Thanks Keenan I meant Faulkner for the inconvenience
