Nyles Truelove was amazing! And I never met him. While on vacation my husband was in an accident and we were unable to get home. A neighbor came into our home after being gone for over a month and she discovered a leak. The damage was extensive because we were gone for so long. The photos of the damage were devastating. Nyles came highly recommended and I must say he was great. He handled everything for us. He was confident and comforting. I was a wreck. My husband in hospital and my house was a wreck and his vehicle was totaled. Car insurance, health insurance, and now homeowners insurance to deal with. Nyles and the entire Guardian team were very knowledgeable and explained the process well. They always responded quickly and followed up promptly. Nyles and his team were able to get me nearly double the original estimate offered from my insurance company. I would highly recommend Guardian Adjustment Group!

We had a good experience. Jared's expertise and responsiveness were helpful and we ended up with an insurance settlement that was much larger than the insurance company's initial low-ball offer.

Jared Evans was recommended through our neighborhood fb page. We had been ravaged by the 9/1/2021 tornado and desperately needed help. We contracted with Jared and immediately the tone from the insurance company adjuster we were dealing with changed. Jared fought for us to get our roof, siding and many other things replaced (we got an initial estimate of tree removal for 38k and ended up with only spending 7k from Jared’s recommendations for the work). The same thing happened for the roof and siding his contacts way below the competitors I contacted and they were great! The price you are paying for his services come back to you many times over and I would not hesitate to recommend him when you need someone to help you with an insurance claim.

I want to take a minute and hope this review helps more people make the right decision and pick these folks. I tried to go it alone and had a horrible time with my insurance company. Jared came in after the fact, had my cases reopened and was able to help us beyond our expectations. They handled everything, the follow up was fantastic and his level of professionalism second to none. They are worth every penny and more, I cannot say enough about these guys. And to do this all with empathy for what you are going through is just amazing. Thank you so very much for helping us put our home back to new again.

Beware Jared Evans .He does nothing,settled claim with no permission.Trying to get Guardian to work with us amicably.Jared said he's working on a multi million dollar,Claim in Pittsburgh and has no time for as he says small claim Heis a real joke.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Guardian Adjustment Group is “Head & Shoulders” above the Competition. I had recently Interviewed a number of different Public Adjusters for a difficult Home Owners Claim. They were Professional, Attentive and Thorough. I would Highly Recommend them to Anyone needing a Public Adjuster.

Guardian Adjustment Group handled our property claim after a wind storm caused trees to fall on our property. They went above and beyond, providing expert guidance throughout the whole process.
