I purchased all my appliances (7 total) from Gerhard’s because I wanted to support a local family business. I see these glowing reviews about Gerhard’s. I wish I had this experience but mine was quite the opposite. I purchased ALL of my appliances from them (over $10k worth of appliances). They don’t stand behind their work (faulty installation on the dishwasher that I had to pay Bosch to resolve) and now I have a broken wall oven. I have had these appliances for 3 years. Please tell me Gerhard’s, what is the shelf life for the appliances you sell and why do I have to go to the manufacturer when you installed these products incorrectly. I saw three delivery men jam the dishwasher in with all their might. They bent the entire frame. You came to my house two weeks later to say it was fine (even though I knew it wasn’t right). Two years later it is broken, and you say it’s out of warranty and I have to pay out of pocket. You have all the records of me telling you that the dishwasher was installed incorrectly, even your sister appliance repair company said it was installed incorrectly/broken, yet I still pay the manufacturer $300 to fix these issues? I see these follow up reviews about how can Gerhard’s make it right? When I asked for help, you sent me to the manufacturer. When I asked for help (multiple times) on the removal of the broken dishwasher and installation of the new one which was sent directly from the manufacturer, you never returned my calls or emails (I have all the emails saved). I had to remove the broken dishwasher and install the new one myself. I can’t believe you have stayed in business this long with such terrible customer service. Stand behind your work. I really wanted to email your leadership team because this was handled so poorly. Had I taken this to small claims court, I would have won (very clear and well documented negligence). I am also not going to small claims court over a dishwasher. It is disappointing that a family run business like this has lost their way. You are better off going somewhere else…literally anywhere else. I have found a new rock bottom.

Great experience with Brian at Gerhard's Doylestown store. Friendly, helpful, and not pushy. They have great prices, and worked with us to find the right appliances at the right priced for our needs and budget. Definitely recommend a visit here!

Very friendly greeting at the door. Our salesman, Brian, helped us find the right dishwasher for us. He gave us information and comparisons for an informed decision.He arranged quick delivery ad installation. Gerhard's is a great appliance store.

Had a rather unremarkable shopping experience, but settled on a cooktop and a dryer. We made the purchase and scheduled the delivery. I took the day off.On the day of delivery, they show up with the wrong dryer with no way to fix the mistake. Apparently, the wrong dryer was ordered by the sales person, James.I’m very disappointed to say the least.And wasted entire day waiting around for them, and will need to do it again when they come back with the correct appliances.After trying to tell me that somehow (I'm not sure how) that it was my fault. I had to wait around for hours while they spoke to "management" to see if they could fix their mistake without charging me an extra $100. Unbelievable.Hopefully, they'll get it right the second time.

James Allmomd in Doylestown was easy to work with and knowledgeable on the equipment that I purchased. Answered all my questions and had my sale processed and scheduled for delivery in a matter of 15 minutes. Appreciate the assistance.

Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while placing an order for a set of 5 LG appliances. He was able to give me a little additional price break on some items which made the overall total very good. Where an item I had selected online was not available he was able to swap it for a comparable item that was available. Where fit might be an issue he ensured measurements would work. Great sales and service from Brian.
