Our 1st time shopping in Doylestown and had a wonderful, friendly and very helpful experience from Brenda who made sure we had proper sizes and when not available set us up with FREE delivery to our home in NY. Nice, bright, super clean store with friendly employees. Nancy rang us up and was so kind to offer a 10% discount for shopping. A lovely, unrushed experience which is why we prefer small town shopping. Returned next day to make another purchase and a very cheerful young man was at the register. Wonderful to see professional people at work, providing a pleasant shopping experience to customers. Kudos to all at Gap in Doylestown?

I went in this week and I love going to GAPI usually order online but this time I went in the shop and I have done this before but where ever I went the store personnel did follow and try to do something mundane where ever I went. It was pretty or but after I left —I don’t know if I was categorized into a shop lifter or something but I felt that I was not treated fairly. I hope you do get enough cameras at the back or something to make others feel less awkward

Went to return an item that was purchased at the outlet New with tickets although they had the same item and I just wanted a larger size the manager refused to help me . Was it because I am a woman of color I am hoping that was not the case , I have been a loyal customer and card holder over 15 years . Shame on you gap and your poor customer service
