I brought my bronco there for service after going off-road, my alternator failed, I brought it into Fred beans Ford talk to a person named George, no problem we leave it did get me a loaner, overall a good experience, especially everybody I talk to is very nice, dealing with a dealership it is a long process, but they made good for it, Ended up doing an inspection which was due soon with an oil change and a tire rotation, only got charged for the inspection, I will return next year for my inspection,

Made an appointment to test drive a 2024 Mustang GT Premium. When I arrived after a half an hour drive they informed me that they had no 2024 mustangs in stock whatsoever and tried to get me into a used model. No message before I took hours out of my day to be promptly turned around.

I brought my car in because it wasn't starting. Once it got to them they were able to start it without any problems, so there were no repairs or parts needed and minimal diagnostic time. So imagine my surprise when I arrive and find I'm charged 180 dollars. When I asked about this charge it wasn't explained well and I was left feeling highly taken advantage of. This service department doesn't care about customers and I won't be returning.

Fred Beans came up in a parent meeting last night, and it seems a lot of locals dislike how the employees of Fred Beans drive from location to location. I've never experienced it, but I was disappointed to hear they are blocking a sidewalk. This is unsafe and unfair to anyone in a wheelchair or that actually needs the sidewalk. Shame on you, Fred Beans.

Brought my brand new Bronco Sport to this dealership 3 times to get the rear hatch glass window looked at because it makes noise. They told me they heard the noise but couldn't fix it. Their solution was to drive with my windows down.

Garbage dealership. I e-mailed the sales team about a used vehicle. Since there were only interior pictures I asked for an exterior picture as well. They sent one pic only. Since I live over an hour away I asked the sales rep if there were any scratches, dents, etc. before I drove up. I was told that the "car is clean inside and out." I was also promised a $50 gas card for driving up to see the car. Well the car was not clean at all. Scratches and dents, ripper interior and other issues. Not to mention the high priced sales tactics. I ultimately decided not to buy the vehicle. The $50 gas card? Nope. After texting/e-mailing several people there, including the general sales manager, Dennis, they ignored me. My suggestion - ignore them.

Do not waste your time on the Dealership.They have a large inventory for a reason?They don't know how to treat a Customerand sell very few new cars. Did a quick search of LincolnDealerships on a Website that tracks Dealer Inventory.Of 5 Dealers I checked in my Area they hadthe oldest Inventory by far, of the Others?Tried to work online with a Salesman and allI received was "call me"! Every other Dealership was willing to work online with me. Made a dealelsewhere and am picking up the car tomorrow.'Lame Salesmanship is being kind calling the treatmentI received buying a $47,000 Vehicle. Was very glad togive my Business to another Dealer who was willing to workwith me.

Dont Buy ANYTHING from Beans! 2nd Key FOB didn't work, replaced battery no Luck. Called sales rep - no answer. texted sales rep, no anwer. Went there and sales person playing on their phone. Sales said not to Lose 1st Key FOB, not helpful. 5 days after purchase flat tire took to shop, shop explained both front rims BENT and 1 would not hold air. Back to Beans and bc after 3 days, could not do ANYTHING! Asked for discount on new, dicount on installation anythinc that could help wiht cost - NOTHING!I have told adn will tell EVERYONE I know - Fred Beans SUCKS!

I do not like using the service department at Fred Beans. My primary complaint is they try to hit you with hundreds of dollars in services you don't need. And I don't mean they "suggest" services, they tell you they are needed right away. This has happened to me both times I have used this service department. Both times were because I would not have been able to get to my regular dealership mechanic. The last time was to replace a blown tire under warrantee. They called me to tell me I needed $800+ in repairs and services beyond the tire, which due to the warrantee was at no cost to me. I said no, and the service person immediately dropped any pretense of being friendly. When I later took my car to my mechanic and asked him to look it over, he said none of the recommended work, except for an air filter replacement, was necessary. I will not be going back to Fred Beans for anything.
