Took my car in for inspections and emissions. Car had a cracked exhaust manifold and the foil drive coupler was leaking, both were covered under warranty and were replaced to pass inspection. One wheel rim was also bent and I requested this to be repaired while my car was with service. My car was with service for 9 days total, 7 days in a service member calls me to inform me my airbag light went off and to evaluate it (not fix the problem) this was going to be $200. My airbag light was not on previously, nor did it come on until after the repairs on the coupler and manifold were complete (I was still waiting for the tire to be finished at this point). I ask if it is something they could have caused with the repairs and they assure me it wasn't, but it seems odd it would come on only after the repairs are finished and they won't comp me the $200 to use their code scanner to evaluate the airbag light coming on. I have no issue paying to fix the problem if this was not caused by their repairs, however to pay for an evaluation at that rate when the light came on in their care is asking too much. I've been taking my car here for five years and never had an issue before, but it's safe to say I won't be back to add to their money scheme.

We have never had a bad experience here! Always a 10/10. This will be my second Hyundai with them and between my husband and I it will be our 4th. We have been customers of George Synder for about 6 years now. He knows how to get it done!! Car is always ready for you to test drive right away and you are always greeted with smiling faces. We worked with John Hamon for the finance aspect and he was fantastic!! We will always be back to Fred beans!!

UPDATE: Rob Bass looked me in the face when I turned my lease into a finance and told me the 7.5% interest was the best they were giving! Until I called the bank they use and they told me the rate was 4.25%! This guy is a scumbag the kind of guy to look you in the face while his hand is in your wife’s pocketbook stealing her money!
we made a deal on December 12th 2019. On June 22nd 2020 we got a bill for 348.00 due in full 5 days for a spare tire that was traded in with car. Salesman Rob Bass said you won’t get any bills or charges!
As a new customer I question the bill 7 months later and how ami responsible for tire after deal is complete! Not one bit of help and not a single call back!

I recently took my 2021 Hyundai Elantra SEL to the dealership because the smart cruise control had stopped functioning unexpectedly. I was aware that the sensor for this system is located in the front bumper, and I knew that the car had not been involved in any incidents that could have damaged the sensor.
Despite the fact that it takes approximately a month to secure an appointment, which raises concerns for those with urgent issues, I took the car in as it is still under warranty. However, despite there being no visible damage, the dealership attributed the issue to my actions and refused to cover it under the warranty. They quoted $429 just to diagnose the problem.
Given that I had not caused the issue and did not have the extra funds, I declined the service. I was then informed that I would still need to pay for the diagnostic fee, which I neglected to ask the amount for. Upon arriving to pick up my car, I was informed that the diagnostic fee was $200. This was particularly frustrating as I already knew the cruise control was not working, information that was also provided by the vehicle’s app, making the $200 fee for this confirmation seem unreasonable.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my visit to this dealership. I came prepared with my financing, the title to trade in my old vehicle, and ready to test drive and purchase the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe, stock #A406561 I saw online. I confirmed my appointment and travel to check about 45 mins away. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the vehicle was out of commission for repairs and needed a replacement engine. I was disappointed that this information was not shared with me before I made the trip with my family. It was a waste of my time. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to your dealership. Clear communication is essential, and this incident has eroded my trust in purchasing from you.

Christine was a star. I've been negotiating with multiple dealerships, including the one I purchased from to get the best price for my family. I worked with a few sales people as my original person went on vacation. (Which is in his right of course. No shade. :) )
Christine was welcoming and immediately found a way to not only find the car, but sell it to me within 24 hours of me calling/checking in if the car I wanted came in.
When I met her for the first time, she was welcoming and inviting and absolutely didn’t put any pressure on me as a buyer. She was everything you want in a sales person. Will buy again if and when the timing is right. Thank you!

I bought a. 2020 Hyundai sonata limited 1.6 turbo last year in may. At that time I was provided with the Carfax report and it showed it had no accident. But recently there is a accident reported on the Carfax 1 year before I purchased it in June 2022. I contacted the dealer and they simply delayed any liability saying that it's none of their concern and they can't do anything about it and I have to contact Carfax. I paid the price for a accident-free vehicle but this dealer sold me a vehicle with the accident. It was a certified pre-owned vehicle so they were supposed to make sure that there was no accident before putting this vehicle in their inventory from whosoever bought or traded it from the staff has been of not hel and due to this my vehicle has lost almost 30% value of what I paid, I will urge other people whosoever consider buying any vehicle that's is used to make sure you get it clarified with them that if any accident shows up on Carfax history after the purchase then who is to be responsible for that i had to take the loss but make sure you don't.
