We had contacted multiple Genesis dealers but received proper questions from this dealer with proper quotation. Also, Anthony Duckett (my initial contact person) was very diligent to answer all questions. Then, we set up a meeting with Kevin Lubben as Anthony was out of office. Keven was also awesome to get the cars ready, how and compared the difference to help decision making. After choosing the model we liked to lease, John at accounting dept helped us with seamless process with his expertise sharing personal stories and joy of thankful mind how we are blessed to have this type of high end and wonderful cars. In overall, I strongly recommend this dealer for Hyundai and Genesis.

Chip was extremely helpful in our purchase experience with Genesis of Doylestown. He did go out of his way to secure the exact vehicle we were looking for. Follow up is another aspect that we appreciated to insure we were satisfied with our purchase and if there was any assistance he could be in our orientation with the vehicle.

The brakes failed on our 2011 Genesis 4.6 sedan. My wife had just started pulling away from a parking space and the brakes were nonexistant. Luckily she was only going 5 mph and was able to slam the car into park to stop. This braking issue has been noted as a problem with this model of car in the past.
We had the car towed to Fred Beans Genesis, where it has sat for nearly 5 weeks. This dealership is so backed up that we were scheduled for an appointment on March 27th, which has come and gone with no word from the dealership. We've called several times over a 5 week period and can't get any information. About 3 weeks ago we were told the car was being looked at, but they needed a technician to read the codes. When my wife stopped a few days later, the service department said no one had looked at the car and they had no information on anyone looking at the car. My wife has called and stopped in multiple times since then and we've been told the only service technician that knows anything about the car is out to lunch. It seems lunch is a multi -hour endeavor, as she's stopped in at various times of the day, on seversl occasions, and he's never available.
The service at this dealer is appalling, easily the worst I've ever encountered at any dealer or independent mechanic. Stick with Lexus or Acura if you expect "luxury" service and want a vehicle that won't have a catastrophic failure that could kill you.
Update April 10:
Other than the standard response from Fred Beans, when they get a negative review, no news from them. 6 weeks and counting......

We have had the worst experience ever with them. This is not the first time either. At Newtown the service department didn’t communicate about items on back order. They had our car for 6 weeks!!! Confirmed a service appt via email at Doylestown then they cancelled our appt since we didn’t respond to a call. Then stated I didn’t confirm via email. Will never buy from them again their service is horrible

Connor Leff was a totally outstanding sales person. He was very professional in all aspects of delivering the car that I wanted to buy.. He was very detailed, and I was very surprised when he even washed my old license plate off after the sale had been made. That’s doing something a little extra besides going over all aspects of my new car.
His patience in answering all my questions was very reassuring, and helped me to make a good decision to buy. I will definitely recommend Connor to anyone that is shopping for a car. Thanks again to Connor Leff.

There are no signs to state this is a Genesis Dealership, it’s a Hyundai dealership that sells Genesis vehicles as well.
No signs to let customers know where to park, or entrance to customer parking.
Wife and I walked in and an older gentleman with white hair approached us like we were lost, didn’t even told us his name. We inquired about the GV70 and he pointed out side, “ we have some over there ? “, my wife and I walked out and got in our car and left.
This dealership does not deserve our business.
Poor customer service.

Delta with Christine Hutkins and purchased a 2021 genesis g70 she made the experience and process amazing after dealing with 2 other dealership it was less pressure and more personable experience.
