Go somewhere else to buy a car! DO NOT bring your car here for service. The customer service has very poor communication with the customer. I had to call back several times to get answers on what was going on with my car. I left several messages and I had no return calls. I was charged for a recall issue and my vehicle was held hostage!! Service people were rude and did not want to help solve the issue. The service manager was aggressive and made me feel like I was a criminal. I paid the bill and I have a piece of junk!!! Buyer beware!!! DO NOT BUY A FORD!!!! They are putting bad transmissions in cars and they are hiding under a safety recall to cover their tracks!!!

Chad Delahanty is a 5 star salesman. He displayed great attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything about my new lease purchase was right. He made the experience more personal for the customer, while showing great responsibility for and pride in his work. Really nice to meet you, Chad! I’d want to work with him again.
On the other hand, I think a dealership of this size and scope could improve on the attention to detail. The vehicle needed minor service updates at time of purchase. When I returned, service was fast, but service records and information on what was a former Beans loaner were inaccurate or inconsistent upon my acquisition, which created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience for me to have to make additional trips to and from Doylestown. I also received texts that I never showed up for my appointment after I had just been there. They passed the buck on a simple question I had several times until they ignored me altogether; I had to get the answer from the Newtown branch.

Top notch service. Meets or exceeds expectations. Very happy with these guys. Booking online works great, too. Extra credit to George for always being on it.
Also purchased my Ford Escape Hybrid from these guys and have been very happy so far with the purchase.

Extremely poor communication at this dealership. I talked with a sales associate online extensively prior to setting up a visit. After driving 3 hours to the dealer I learned that the car was not at the dealership or even available. Only told it was sold at some point by a different salesman but still on the website. I was also made an appointment only to have to explain everything again to a new salesman. No information was communicated from the previous phone calls. Fred beans dealers will constantly try to add small fees like extended warranty and window stencils without asking and hope that you dont notice. Avoid this dealership and all other associated ones.
