My experience with Fred beans was a smile I can’t let go of, searching for a vehicle to pass down my paid off 2012 Jeep Cherokee to my son who is a junior in college and my self as a single parent in the home without a inheritance passed down to me was a feelings that still has me in aww.. walking into the show room floor so nervous I had an idea of what I wanted but to repay myself for the hard work and determination of not dropping a tear I was pleased to meet sales rep Antonio Cancelliere who was just about to sit at his desk looked up and said good morning how may I help you today.. takes deep breath.. not being so fortunate but being able to have a awesome job for 23yrs with Amtrak time has paid off and I was great full to explain what I was looking for. He understood my story and we walked outside to start the process .. all the while he kept a smile on his face cracked jokes about the bug that flew on his desk that day to the bug sitting on the window of the car. Staying in the price Range of 34,36 thousand he was able to help me locate the vehicle I was so happy to gift myself as a single parent, driving over on the other lot where the truck was sitting again he kept the laughter this time is was about the chair he had sat in he said was comfortable but wasn’t to fond that it didn’t have arms on it. Test drive began oh wow so happy till another driver flipped us the finger out of know where and he was trying to cut us off Antonio just smile and said wow. Sitting back on the show room floor finish up the paper work he still gave good updates while waiting and even Shazam a song, my overall experience I would always recommend this dealership ship to anyone I was very anxious that day but I’m happy to say I now have a 2021 beautiful truck that has shown me I can !!! This past weekend I purchased my second vehicle from Sidney at Fred Beans, and the service, again, was nothing short of spectacular. My wife and I were interested in looking at larger SUVs for our expanding family and Sidney helped us tremendously in our search. He was swift and transparent with us throughout the entire process. We finally narrowed it down and ended up buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee that day. Sidney and the team at Fred Beans are always professional, knowledgable, straightforward and an overall pleasure to work with. While I realize this business has to sell cars, its reliance on transparent lies (I called literally the morning of the day the car was listed, and you already have 3 guys ready to buy? sure you do, buddy) (oh that $300 is for the anti theft device. Um, this is year 2024....) and high pressure tactics in this day and age is disappointing. It was certainly enough to change my stance from being ready to buy literally that day to crossing the car off my list.
Reading the reviews I see more than several have had positive experiences with this dealership. All I can deduce from that is my name gave away my ethnicity and I came off as a pushover or someone who can be easily manipulated. Your call as to whether you want to deal with such business.

Fred Beans exceeds all expectations!! My first encounter was a few years ago, when their service department helped facilitate a warranty repair via their CarStar autobody facility. My most recent experience was with their sales staff. Simply put, THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF ANY CAR DEALER IN THE AREA! Their sales associate, Antonio, did a masterful job in finding me the best deal that met MY needs. In addition, he was very knowledgable and refreshingly honest. Their sales management and finance teams were also very helpful, with NO HARD SALES TACTICS and a simplified sales process. I appreciated this very much and have no doubt that I will do business with this dealership again in the very near future (service & sales). Many thanks to the entire sales team today, and my hats off to the Fred Beans leadership team for running such a fine dealership!

There are a few Jeep dealers around in my area. There are no good Jeep service centers near me. Most Jeep service centers are mismanaged and hire or cultivate incompetent techs. If you find a good Jeep dealer/service center, they are about as rare as a diamond or T-Rex fossil in your back yard. I have to drive 30 minutes to Doylestown just to get to Fred Beans. I would drive an hour to get there. They are that good. There are closer dealers but none worth my time or money. Fred Beans Dodge/ Chrysler /Jeep IS that diamond or T-Rex fossil. I’ve been going to them for several years now and their level of service has never wavered even during the aftermath of COVID times which was a true test of a company facing adversity. While my Jeep has gotten more expensive (everything is) to repair, Fred Beans and his Team always softens the blow with their exemplary level of service. They NEVER overcharge nor do they suggest any work that is not required. They are honest and competent something very, very rare.
If you need service for your Jeep, dodge or Chrysler ask for Assistant Service Manager, Mike Huber. This shop is well managed. The stars they earned from reviews don’t lie. Kudos to the service team. Thanks Mike!

I had purchased after market rims for my Jeep Wrangler. I went to Fred Beans of Doylestown and that is when I first met Giovana at the service desk. She could not have been anymore pleasant or knowledgeable. I few days later I had an appointment and they did a perfect job!! A few days later I came back in with a radio problem and once again Giovana sent a technician out and he fixed the problem while I waited. Although I did not originally purchase my Jeep there I will use them with confidence with any problems in the future..

I was in the market for a SUV. I was unsure of what I wanted/ could afford. I looked onto the Fred Beans website & Nick Spano contacted me. From first email to last handshake, Nick was always in constant contact and got me all the figures I needed to make the deal work. Nick even got an insurance agent to call me on Saturday evening to make sure I got a quote since my insurance company was closed. Nick is a gentlemen, personable and knows how to make sure you get exactly what you need without rushing you into a sale. 10/10 recommend. Ask for NICK SPANO directly, you will not be disappointed if you are seriously looking for your next car.

Dustin was awesome and very helpful!! He went and checked the vehicle was in stock when we called ahead. He walked up through everything, professional and patient, as our insurance gave us the run around. Ryan was great with the financing as well!! Would recommend both guys for helping with buying a used or new car.

Just picked up a Jeep Grand Cherokee here a few days ago! Everything about the experience was wonderful. Sid really helped make sure every step of the process went smoothly. I happened to find Fred Beans just by wandering online...and I'm sure happy I did! Was the easiest and most pleasant experience my family has had buying a car. I'm looking forward to many years and many miles with my GC. But if I ever need another car in the future, I certainly know where I'm going! Beans!

One of the worst dealerships in the Philly/Allentown PA areas there is. Ownership needs to take a good look at the management of this dealership when wondering why they are not making as much money as they could be making due to management & sales reps ignoring customers that actually want to purchase a vehicle from their dealership.
Dealership had a vehicle that I wanted since I am in the market for another vehicle (#76 in my lifetime). The salesman, Max did a lackluster job of answering my questions. Then the general sales manager, Umer, did exactly the same thing. I even contacted the general manager of the dealership, Jeff Reeb, and he was just totally ignorant by not even responding to me. BAD EMPLOYEES COST DEALERSHIPS SALES! And all 3 of these employees are definitely BAD representatives of this large dealership.
So then, a $46k vehicle that they had that I wanted from the first day they posted it, and not one single individual was motivated enough to wish to sell the vehicle to me. When they were asked to present me with a deal sheet with their best price and to let me know all fees that were associated with the sale of the vehicle and to explain the fees, they ALL dodged answering the questions because not one of the 3 individuals could be transparent. This means this dealership is shady as can be.
All Max wanted to know was my physical address. For a deal sheet, all that is needed is name, city, state, zip, and county, which was all given. That's it! Dealerships have been presenting me with deal sheets for nearly 40 years and every single one presents them the same way, no physical address needed. And when it comes to Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealerships, you NEVER want to give them a physical address until you are literally making the deal. Otherwise Stellantis, their parent company takes your info and sends it to hundreds of their dealerships and they swamp you with inquiries from every dealership in a 100 mile radius trying to sell you vehicles. There is literally NO PRIVACY. Which, honestly, can lead to a lawsuit since you are not giving them permission to share your information.
Considering how many vehicles I purchase, not to mention the business I give to dealerships by word of mouth from my really good experiences, the number of vehicles this dealership is going to lose due to poor management will be significant.
Having a bad salesman or bad saleswoman at any dealership happens. It's the nature of the beast. But when upper management is just as ignorant because they are hiding things, it's a huge red flag that they are out to screw you one way or another. Transparency should be given when selling vehicles. And with this dealerships there is no transparency. Just poor employees costing the owners of this dealership sales.
Sadly, even their walkaround video leads to wonder what might be wrong with the vehicle. As Max, who took the video moved around it so fast, you could not see anything. Not to mention not much was shown in the video either. Again, ownership really needs to get more involved. If they do, surely their sales numbers will climb. Until they do, avoid this dealership like the plague.

I had the pleasure of working with Antonio to get the vehicle of my dreams. He made buying my Wrangler a breeze. His down-to-earth demeanor and honesty made the process enjoyable. He wasn't pushy and genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for me. Highly recommend him and the dealership!
