My husband had been speaking to a salesman off and on for three days. shared info, knew what kind of car we had, which car were were considering etc. We get there the salesman he had been speaking to (Steve) introduces himself and asks if we want to take the car for a test drive. At that time my husband offered him the keys to our car to check it out and he refused and said he'll look later. (odd) we returned from our drive and again offered the keys for our car. No. We sat there for awhile; the couple before us who had also been there awhile apparently had a discrepancy with the carfax which showed there was an accident when the dealer's didn't. They left pissed off. Finally the salesman asks for the keys which we gave him and he went to speak to another customer. Their conversation got a bit testy and he went to check on something for them. Then he came over to us an without another word he said we're not going to be able to give you the amount of trade in that you want for your car. This number came from their website! We're like WTF?! Of course he would bring down the price of their car either! We were stunned to say the least!! We added some comments regarding negotiating and got no where. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention we came all the way from Lancaster to see this car and we're ready to buy. I said we're out of here; this is ridiculous ! We gathered out things and walked out the door saying well that's two sales you lost this afternoon and it looks like you're going to lose a third. His response was oh well. I am furious with this piss poor dealership.

"Sales Manager" Patrick SweeneyHorrible experience trying to purchase a car from online. Was told by the first salesman that "its Saturday and we're busy so I don’t have time right now to do a video walk around of the car. I called back 3 hours later and asked for any salesman that could get the walk around done so we could put a deposit down. Long story short, we spent most of Saturday getting a video walk around and video test drive with a salesman. Wired a $30,000 deposit. Tuesday was the 4th of July and on Wednesday I get a call from the sales manager that they sold the car out from under us.!!!! They received my deposit on Monday morning and still sold to someone else. I recommend saving yourself a lot of wasted time and trip to your bank to arrange a wire transfer and just buy from a different dealership. These people are ridiculous and unprofessional. What a terrible way to conduct business.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my dream car, the Cadillac Escalade, from Paul at the dealership. Paul provided excellent service throughout the entire process, from helping me choose the right options to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction. His expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail made the experience truly exceptional. I highly recommend Paul and the dealership for their outstanding service in making my dream a reality. Thank you!

I can’t speak for anyone else but I have been with this dealership since 2017. I go back and forth from FL and made Beans my PA dealer even though it is further away than Armen or Faulkner. (Never cared for Faulkner, period.) I have a great rapport with my service Advisor, and recently the pleasure of meeting the Service Manager. They treat me not as a visitor, but as a valued patron. They don’t give loaners in FL gladly, but Beans gives me a loaner without any hesitation when I cannot wait for my routine maintenance to be done. They are also very affordable compared to any other Cadillac dealer I’ve ever known, from Boston to Palm Beach. It has been a pleasure to maintain my Cadillac with Fred Beans.

Worst dealer experience trying to purchase a car. Called and had salesman send pictures of any damage on the car being that we were an hour away. He sends pictures and one has some slight damage in the rear interior. We drove the hour trip later that night with cash in hand. Get to the dealership and the car was not even washed. Salesman was friendly. We were aloud about a five minute test drive with salesman in the back seat. Had major interior damage for a 2019 Escalade. I offered a cash price and they told me no way. Said they wouldn’t even budge $1000. Next day cars listed for a few thousand dollars under original asking price. Never even tried to counter my offer. Direct slap in the face.

Run, don't walk away Fred Beans Certified Pre-Owned Cadillacs, a most unscrupulous dealership. These people give used car salesmen a bad name. From the ridiculous $300 charge for Fred's Silent Security etching on a car that already had this done to it, to their unrelenting insistence that customers report that they are "completely satisfied," the entire Beans used car experience is emblematic of emphasis on the dealership, not the customer. What happens if you have the misfortune to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle with a defect is nightmarish. For nearly four months, I tried in vain to get Fred Beans to fix the car's defective sound system. First, I had to prove I wasn't lying about the sound going off and on at random intervals. They claimed they couldn't replicate the problem I described. I think they were well aware of the sound/speakers problem when they sold me the car. One of the car's owners is a current Fred Beans salesman. When I questioned him about the sound, his answers were ambiguous. This issue occurred the day I bought it. After driving a few miles away from the dealership's lot, the music and navigation I was listening to went silent for a moment, then came back on. This repeated and continued throughout the hour-long, 30-mile drive home. It is my belief that, after 3 service visits (one lasting nearly a month), this audio issue cannot be resolved, particularly after reading their service technician's report admitting that the problem existed out of the factory.I would have returned the car but they assured me it would be fixed. Not long after the third service visit, the problem recurred with a vengeance. The sound went out for 15 minutes before returning. I was told by Fred Beans Customer Satisfaction Director that it was working when they returned it to me. The insinuation was that I did something to cause the malfunction. This same individual also disputed my complaint that after they washed this car, it wasn't dried and was returned to me with water spots all over it. He rudely told me to leave the service bay as I attempted to wipe down the car. Certainly, water spots after washing a car are a minor annoyance but it speaks to the Fred Beans way of doing business. The day I purchased the car, it came with the aforementioned water spots plus a gouge in the leather on the back of the passenger seat and a ding on the roof rack which I had not noticed before. For the latter, the salesman suggested I touch it up with black nail polish.Certified Pre-Owned, really? By the time I spoke to the used car manager whose solution was a 4th service visit, I was beyond disenchanted with this dealership. I traded the car in for the exact same vehicle from another dealer. Yes, I had to pay more money because this vehicle has a few more bells and whistles but disassociating myself from Fred Beans was worth the extra cost. This review reflects my total lack of satisfaction with Fred Beans Cadillac whose sales and service personnel have taken prevarication to a new level.

I am very disappointed about my experience with Fred Beans. I bought a BMW m4 and they treated the car like it was Toyota. I asked them to take the car to Thompson bmw to get the bumper and rims fixed but they chose to take the cheapest route they could possibly find. They made 15,000 thousand dollars off me and they couldn’t do anything the right way. My salesman was great. He kept me up to date on the car every one or two days. I’ve called the GM of Fred Beans and left a voicemail about this and I still have not got a response. I will never buy a car from them again and they are the cheapest dealership I’ve ever seen.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT - MUST READ - TERRIBLE and TRUE- Multiple times I have been there I have had issues with the service department causing a problem and then the service department denying any responsibility. The 1st time was them servicing my driver's seat that would slightly shift during turns. After they looked at it and did whatever, the collision warning system would constantly give me errors because they accidently pinched the wire to the seat buzz motor. I reported it and they continued to tell me it was a bad motor. Even after I pointed out the crimped and damaged wire from where under the seat. I saw where it was crimped and smashed. I stopped in and showed Ken, the asst service manager, and he said next time I bring it in, they will take care of it. So, I scheduled an oil change that I normally wouldn't do there, and then they wouldn't fix it. Ken told me that they would also rotate the tires as part of the service. I told him not to because I just got new tires a few months ago so it didn't need it. Well, they did it anyway, and now the tire pressure monitoring system doesn't work. He told me the battery on one of them went bad. But all of them don't work. I told him not to touch it. But they did. They deny it is their fault and won't have any accountability. Another time, I brought the car there, and when I got it back, I had a dead battery from their parking lot. I had to jump it to get it home from the dealership. They told me I had a bad battery. I never had a problem with the battery before. I have worked with plenty of batteries I used to be a mechanic and have worked on numerous cars and know how they work. Funny how after they serviced it, it went bad. As if the mechanic left the accessories, or door open, or whatever. They wanted to charge me hundred to replace the battery. I did it myself. This service department is terrible and doesn't have any accountability. Either way. I strongly recommend not going here. They care about bottom line and not customer satisfaction. Never accept any responsibility. It's maddening. Deny, deny, deny. Here are the pictures - I never had these alerts before I went in there. Now I have to deal with these annoying alerts. Disgraceful.

Had the worst experience here. My car was recently totaled and I contacted fred beans about my situation and was told they could definitely help. I drove 2 hours with my kids to get there and when I did I had to wait another hour to be told they couldn’t honor what the sales person told me they could. They requested more money down for a car I wasn’t even interested in. Hopefully no one else will have to go through this.

I brought my Escalade in for a leaky power steering pump the day before leaving for vacation. I needed the vehicle for the mentioned vacation, the Service Manager, Service Advisor and the Techs all did an amazing job to ensure I received the vehicle back in time to leave for my vacation. They did not have some parts in stock but managed to track them down for the service required. 10/10!

We bought a brand new 2021Cadillac Escalade in July 2021. Within 8 months we noticed a musty odor and had found moisture under the floor mat. Took it in to be looked at. And they found a faulty installation on the sunroof drain. This was repaired. The carpet needed to be replaced because of the odor and the padding being wet. Service manager called me and told me there was no padding and that he was replacing the carpet as a courtesy. They kept the car and now 7 weeks later, after multiple attempts at removing the mildew musty odor they tell me my car is done and ready to be picked up. The perfume odor coming from the car is enough to make you vomit. And the mildew musty smell is STILL THERE!It smells disgusting, like a moldy basement. I can smell it when I walk out of my house. It’s on my clothes, my kids clothes, purse. Anything that goes in the car. Do not buy from this dealership! Service tech was nice and honest however the management was rude and didn’t fix the issue that was a manufacturer error. This expensive brand new car is not drivable, the smell makes you sick. And Fred beans is doing nothing to rectify this.
