This place is a joke, had my truck washed there yesterday. The 25.00 dollar works package and I paid extra to have it vacuumed. Well the NEVER VACUUMED THE TRUCK. I said to the guy whete is my vacuum job. He said the vacuum was broken. I said then give me back my money. They didnt and said I never paid for a vacuum. In which I did pay for a vacuum. I will NEVER GO TO THIS CAR WASH AGAIN. Total rip off with questionable people working there and questionable business practices

Overall I am disappointed. Got a vaccum and an exterior wash. There was still gunk on the exterior. Vaccum was done sloppily. Had to take an hour of my own time to clean this out even though I paid for a service. First and last time I’m going.Services: Vacuuming

Stopped by on Monday and worker said that they’re closed, but will be open Tues. Came back Tuesday and 4 workers standing around put the closed sign up again. They said that they need a 10 min break and 1 employee has a broken foot. I get that good help is limited and they’re busy on beautiful days, but after 10 min, they said to come back in 15 min. The owner is always so quick to sell coupon booklets, but this business is rarely open and so poorly run.

Been going to this location since it opened. Since T left it has been awful. Bottom line is the car is not clean and it takes forever to get through because they don’t have enough workers.Last time there they damaged the car and then said it came in that way.

The last 5 times I visited this car wash it has been a disaster. Why? because they do not wipe the car down. When you pay full boat price, I would expect to have someone doing a very good job wiping the car down and doing my wheels. I always have to remind them and then " I " take a rag and finish wiping the car down myself. This business is run terribly. On top of it on my last visit there they put a 3-inch scratch down the side of my car! this never happened before, and I assume it was from them using the brush before the car goes through the wash. So now I have a 2022 car with a 3-inch scratch along the side. And I know this was caused by them because when it came out of the wash, I saw it immediately when I went to get gas down the road directly after the wash. I did not go back or say anything to them because I knew they would deny it and it would have been my word against theirs. Got a verbal estimate from the dealership to fix the scratch big money because of where it is located. Anyway, really don't want a brand my new car repainted on the side rear quarter panel. I will not be going back to car wash. Period the end. Tired of doing their job and then getting my car damaged.Services: Full body wash
