These guys are great. I was having issues configuring a new dual monitor set up and was quickly sent out the door with a cable that was needed to complete the task. Presto! we have dual monitors!Thanks again and I will be back when I have another issue that my non-tech savvy self cannot complete. Highly recommend.

I brought my son’s iPad in because it wouldn’t charge. My so has special needs and his communication app is on the iPad. Blake spent an hour and was finally able to get it to reboot and backup so we didn’t lose his app information. He didn’t charge me a penny- and gave me a link to a new iPad for him that saved $$$.There are very few genuinely nice people like him left in this world.

I spent all night trying to turn off talk back on my tablet. I took it to dtown tech. Fixed in5 minutes or less. He was amazing!

Blake and his Team are always super helpful with any questions and trouble shooting. They helped me find and order a Graphics card and cables for my new dual monitors and installed immediately! Highly recommend will definitely be back!!

My 15 month old computer died suddenly. I kept planning to back up all the files but I put it off. All my work was in that machine!! Taylor from Dtown Tech immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. The computer was toast (fixable but it would cost more than a new computer), and he was able to retrieve all my files!! I couldn’t even get an appointment for three days with The Geek Guys!! And the prices were reasonable! You cannot get this level of customer service at the big box Geek Guys!!

I was desperate to repair our computer and would have paid anything to get my dell back up and running. When I took it to this place he diagnosed my computer and discovered that I had an existing warranty on the computer which he printed everything I needed in order to get it fixed the next day with no cost to me.It is very rare that there are still stand up people in this world. I will for sure recommend this place thank you guys

I have never been treated so poorly by a company as this today. Went in for a phone repair to be told I only have five minutes because the employee has to pick up his kid. He sighed, barely listened to what I had to say and told me to come back next week after he orders a battery. I was recommended to them by a reliable source and will never return for any service ever. The employee was so rude and not patient one bit. I drive 50 minutes to turn around and drive home to be told to come back next week. Worst customer representative I’ve ever had to deal with.

These guys are great! I tried taking my 2016 Macbook to the Apple store for a new battery, only to be denied because it was "vintage" and they no longer service them.Enter Dtown Tech, and their fast, friendly and reliable service. I'll never waste time at the Apple store again with a solid repair shop like this in the area. Thanks so much for the great service!

D'Town Tech was great! This is now the 2nd time I have used D'Town Tech for major computer repair, and they were great each time.The SSD drive had died on my 2015 27" iMac fusion. I brought it in to D'Town Tech and they diagnosed that it was a dead SSD in just 5 minutes. The owner, Blake, had a spare SSD that was compatible right there on hand. He showed me how labor intensive it would be to replace my dead SSD, yet despite how much time it would take, he still said he would have it done in just a couple days. And he did! The iMac is working great now - just like it did when it was new. And the repair was very reasonable from a cost standpoint.It's not easy to find someone who is experienced pulling off the front screen and getting it back on properly once the work is done!I highly recommend Dtown Tech for any Apple or iMac repairs.
