Super awesome vibe! Definitely a community of climbers and not just a place to go climbing. These guys have been around for a while and it shows in the customer experience.

This review is focused solely on kids birthday parties. In summary, I don't recommend having kids parties here (especially if they are young kids). My daughter was recently invited to a party with about ~20 kids. At first, I was happy to see that there were 5 "helpers" from the gym and that everyone wore safety gear. At a 1 to 4 ratio, it surely will be successful. This was not the case.Sadly, I think these helpers were quickly getting overwhelmed with the number of kids. One of them lost her temper and started yelling at the 6-7 year old party goers. This resulted in tears and children asking their parents to leave. This also happened when I went here for a previous party so it is a repeat offense. The party then moved into the next phase where the helpers worked ropes for the climbing walls. This meant that the other 15 kids were pretty much unsupervised (which is a challenge when the children are young). The most surprising part of the party was the "party room". It seems as though that the helpers job ends once the children go into the party room. This means the parents need to handle all aspects of the catering. I can tell you this is not the norm for a typical kids party.I have no doubt that this is a good rock climbing gym. Once again, this review pertains only to the kids birthday party events. If you have young children, you might want to look elsewhere (assuming these helpers continue to be uncapable of controlling their temper).

Nice gym. Very nicely set boulders and big wall routes for all skill levels. Nice staff, they are very nice and helpful when it comes to anything in the gym. One unique thing about this gym that sets it apart from others is it's addition of crack climbing into some problems, which is very nice to see. I will definitely be coming back!

Incredible value for the money and great education and training for kids. Advanced walls and techniques for those who already know what they're doing and great tips and tricks for those learning and wanting to get better. My kids loved it and the entire experience was exhausting and got them very involved physically. Can't ask for more.

Terrible hours. If you're like me, you want your rock gym to be your only gym. Not here. No exercise equipment beyond a dumbell and the hours are so bad (Opens at 4pm??).I really want to like this gym, but the hours are so bad, and the equipment isn't helping.Gravity Vault in Flemmington is a much further drive, but it'll have to do.

Fantastic place with great staff. IF ONLY THEY HAD LONGER HOURS. How about opening from 8am-11am, close for an hour and then open again from 12p-9p? I’d be able to use the gym so much more.

My son has been going to DRG for over a year. It's a great environment. Everyone is very supportive of each other. My son enjoys their summer camps and is a member of their climbing team.

Parking is difficult at least on the weekends it is a smaller shared lot and the spaces are a little tight. This was our first time visiting and brought a group of 4 kids to try things out. Everyone was very helpful and understanding, and patient. It's hard to keep the belaying workmen on for some of the kids while they're trying to boulder. There are marys to land on and people to help belaying. When there's a large group or party there's a bit of a wait. But that's too be expected. Overall, the kids had fun and the prices are reasonable.

We recently moved to the area and came for a birthday party. We are a climbing family (my husband and I been climbing since we were teens). This was by far the dirtiest climbing gym I have ever walked into. I almost didn’t let my kids stay and climb because they did not have child size harnesses. The instructor and belayers were nice but I had to show them how to properly tie into my youngest kiddos harness. This place has potential but it totally disappoints.

Awesome staff. They regularly change the walls with thoughtful problems. Andrew is an awesome instructor that carefully evaluates and provides solid guidance.

Such a great place with a community feel! Came on a Monday night and there were about 10 climbers or so. The staff was super welcoming (first timer) and super excited for us. I should have worn converse or rented shoes because it’s tough to do in running shoes. The staff and climbers were super encouraging and helpful. I loved that there was a mix of ages and experience. I never thought I had enough upper body strength for this, but now I feel so much more confident and want to go back and try more challenging climbs. It’s an incredible workout too! I was exhausted after an hour!

A local gem. Tried climbing for the very first time in January here and by April we bought a family membership becasue we were coming so often. Great staff, great laid back atmosphere, my new favorite place.
