Great selection of pet supplies and we go here regularly for our dog's food. However, I need to go with my wife, otherwise we end up with dozens of toys for our little pup, Maximus. Prices are fair and there's lots to pick from for all kinds of pets.

I love this store. The friendly staff is very helpful, and they are knowledgable. Prices are good, selection is HUGE... Filled with healthy choices for our pets. I drive past many other pet food stores to go there.

Never have I been in a store that was so unwelcoming than this particular, Dogs & Cats Rule. I've been to this location four times and have decided this fourth time will be my last. The employees act like you're bothering them, as they don't even make eye contact with you. And, when I paid, I have never received a "thank you". The store is way too dark and definitely has a cold, unwelcoming feel. There's no one on the floor to help customers. If you want help looking for something, you are subjected to asking the cashier for help . Again, you are greeted with that "why are you bothering me" attitude. I actually found myself saying, "sorry" after asking for help. I despise chain stores and always shop local. I hate to say it, but I'm actually treated better in big-box pet stores than I am here. Managment really needs to make some changes. I'd start with a simple, "hello" and "thank you". Oh yeah, and turn the lights UP!!!!
