This is by far, the worst pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are rude and unattentive. I would rate them a ZERO if possible. They constantly make mistakes in filling Rxs. They are inefficient and do not know what customer service is or means. Today, I called to refill a prescription with 3 refills left. The automated system said I couldn't refill it. I spoke to someone in the pharmacy who told me the prescription would be ready by 3PM today. At 4:50, I went to the drive in window, waited 5 minutes for some rude lady to even acknowledge I was there, only to tell me they didn't fill the prescription because they wanted to make sure that I would approve the cost. So they told me to come back in 10 minutes to pick up my Rx. How totally inconvenient. I will be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, as this is not the first time I've encountered incompetence at this store, just the first time I wrote a review. Avoid the Ferry Road CVS if you can

The evening manager on duty, --WENDY C. -- kept me on hold for 45 min (5:49-6:37pm). First words out of her mouth when she finally picked up were, "WHAT?! SOMEONE THERE?"
I was flabbergasted, I was patient and was not going to make a fuss at all. I simply had a question about a prescription that's been in process for weeks there and im getting no real updates. She immediately began berating me as if somehow it was all my fault and shes really busy. her response to my very first question:
"How the hell am I supposed to know that's not my job!" - WENDY C
Waited 45 min.. for a 30 conversation which consisted of pure negligence, combativeness, & unprofessionalism.
I calmly explained to her I kind need an expectation so i can call my doctor/another pharmacy. She responded "OK I'll make a note in your file to ALWAYS keep YOU informed." and hung up on me.
THAT IS SO MEDICALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. People need their medication, youre a pharmacist!

Worst most ignorant pharmacy employees you could ever speak to. They are just there to get paid and hate their jobs. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Awful experience!

Wish I could give zero stars. If only CVS actually paid a decent living wage, I'm sure they wouldn't have an understaffing problem! The pharmacy never picks up the phone so I always have to go in person to ask a question. Not only that, every time I do go in person, I have to wait in an excessively long line because the pharmacy staff are all so busy doing other things—mostly prioritizing the drive-thru window. Maybe that's the way to do it. I feel sorry for the employees here, as I know they're all kind and work hard. But this is just ridiculous. I can't believe this place is even still standing.

This pharmacy displayed negligence this evening. The pharmacist I dealt with is named “Dom”. In addition to negligence, he was not customer service oriented.I had just come from a 6pm doctors appt. I got in line very sick at your pharmacy at 6:52pm. It was my turn at 6:54. Dom told me, at 6:54 “we can’t fill your Rx tonight. It will take 15 min to fill and we close in three minutes. I can prioritize it for the morning.” I asked what time that meant and he informed me maybe btwn 10-11am. At best, a whole 15 hours of waiting in misery. Here is where the negligence comes in. Despite Dom needing to close at 7pm on the dot, guess what he did have time to do? Bill my insurance for all three Rxs WITHOUT FILLING THEM. Dom ought to consider a job less customer centric as he was anything but compassionate. Luckily CVS on Main St in Doylestown came thru for me and treated me with care after a doctor on call had to re-route the Rx to the other CVS pharmacy open until 9. I would like to be contacted by the manager of this pharmacy location tomorrow. You have my contact number in your system.Highly recommend CVS on Main St I in Doylestown. Save yourself the misery and go to the pharmacists that care.

It's obvious now why this place has a 2.5 rating. Today, I picked up something from the shelf that was marked 29.99. It rings up as 46.76. I asked why, and they said it's a different one than where it was placed. The strange thing is, she could not find a place for this one and said she didn't know what happened, but unfortunately, it's $46.99. This place is a scam. Never shopping here again, that's for sure. Actually, considering it seems CVS is going downhill, it's probably time to short the stock.

42 minutes and still waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

Worst pharmacy in the world. They don't care about customers at all! I have always been poorly treated. I had surgery and left the medication order and went back to Pick Up, I was in the drive-thru line, I waited for almost 10 minutes and when it was my turn they simply closed it in my face! And it was simply a medication that I needed to take within the first hour after the procedure. Stop selling medicines if you cannot care for patients, especially vulnerable ones. CVS better just become a supermarket.

If you call an hour before closing, you will be left on hold. They do not pick up the phone to service customers the last hour. First time calling this location and I was on hold for over 30 mins. Absolutely terrible. 0 stars should be an option.

Don't bother calling them. After couple hours on hold, they still won't answer, they just hang up on you. There is always a super long wait time and the staff is rude.

I'm not even a pharmacy patient anymore. I left CVS years ago. I think you need to pay people better or hire more people because I was on hold to ask a question at the pharmacy for over 20 minutes before I decided to try rite aid. Maybe hire someone just to answer the phones in the pharmacy, this is outrageous.
