Cozy boutique cigar shop! Makes you feel like you’re in an 1800s home with a large fireplace and comfy chairs. If you want a welcoming environment with character and charm this is the spot.

Generally, I avoid negatively reviewing businesses; however, based on my experience with the person in the shop, I believe it is apropos. The individual who was running the shop was absolutely rude, and condescending. I was prepared to drop some serious money; however, after having an absurd interaction, I was so turned off that I left and went to Cigar Cigars (by far a better selection and more enjoyable experience). The selection was dismal at best and sparsely stocked. My simple advice is to be better, make people feel welcome and not like they walked into some sophmoric high-school club. Good cigars aren't cheap, and your customers shouldn't be made to feel cheap or unwelcome. I am no tourists to cigars or fine tobacco. To make underhanded comments to a shopper is abhorrent and disgusting. Half the joy of going to a local shop is the experience, your shop exists solely to serve your community and not your ego. This is the sort of things that drives folks to the big box stores like Cigars international. They put maximum effort into the customer's experience; whereas, this shop does the opposite. If you're not sure whether my comments are baseless or have merit, just read the replies from the shop keeper in the reviews.

I love the Classic Cigar Parlor. Very friendly people. JT the owner is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years with my brothers when I visit the area.

Great environment! Inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. A nice place to relax with friends or make some new ones. Whether you’re sitting around the warm fire inside during the winter or the sidewalks enjoying the summer sun, definitely a place to check out!

Great place for a smoke and good company on a weekend afternoon, especially in the cold weather. The regulars are super friendly and fun to hang with.

Went today at 12:30 and they were supposed to open at 12. They were closed at 12:30. And 1. And 1:30. And 2. And 2:30. No note. No update on Facebook. Just closed when they should be open. Don't go out of your way to go here.

Great lounge with a personable owner. Great service and a decent selection for such a small shop. I'll definitely be back just to hang out.

Absolutely the worst cigar shop I have ever visited. They know nothing about cigars and try like hell to sell you something you just don't want. B&B on Saw Mill Rd. has the largest collection of cigars that l have ever seen. Andy the owner is a walking book of cigar knowledge. I'm just guessing, but they probably carry 500-1,000 different types of cigars at any given time. And if he doesn't have it, he will order a box and you can purchase as many as you wish.

This place has always had the weirdest vibes. On top of that it's owned by racists and sketchy old men. Wish there was a 0 star option.
