The staff has been consistently friendly and caring to me on the multiple occasions when I have dropped by. We are a dental office in town that services both the Spanish speaking and Medicaid populations. I have not had the opportunity to speak with the doctors, but the staff deserves a 5-star review!

Terrible billing department. Chop is in the business of making money (their 1st priority). We got sent to collections while disputing a charge of a service that didn't happen. Rapid tests done at the office for COVID/Flu are charged as a Pathology service (so they make more money out of you and your insurance). Doctors are often cold, distant and robotic. Very disappointing.

This is regarding the billing department. I keep getting bills from my insurance company for our pediatrician appointments. The bills are continuously run out of network even though UHC and aetna are both in network. The insurance company told me that their address, Tax IDs and NPI numbers for all their doctors are incorrect and that they need to call the insurance company to update these numbers. Billing and the office refuse to call and insist I give the insurance company these numbers but they can't take this info from me which I have explained. I guess they won't be getting paid because I'm tired of them ot communicating with insurance

Dr. Hentschal is the best! They are so patient with my autistic son, he can be very behavioral in vists and they always treat him with kindness, care, and zero judgment! They have always taken my concerns about my childs seriously, and have always helped me troubleshoot ideas that may work for caring for my autistic child. Dr. Hentschal is also very responsive on my chop and when you give the office a call they always get back in timely manner.

Dr Menz has been kind, thorough, attentive, and available. The staff has always been really easy to reach, work with, schedule, or even communicate with via their app/portal.
Wife and I were referred via a few friends. We’ve gone 4 times now with our newborn and are so glad we settled here.

I've taken my kids here for 16 years and most of the staff are great. However, due to an update in their scheduling procedures, I am no longer able to book my kids for back to back appointments with the same provider anymore. In addition, the appointments must be scheduled one hour apart. Strange, since the doctor typically spends only 10 minutes with us per kid. We don't want to be waiting around for 50 minutes in between appointments. This is very disappointment and inconvenient!

I took 2 of my sons for checkups and we saw Dr. Kate. She was awesome very knowledgeable Caring and has a great sense of humor. She answered all of our questions and was so easy to talk to. thank you, Dr. Kate.

Dr. Hentschel was outstanding! She takes time to answer questions and is excellent with kids. She is positive, friendly, and knowledgeable on the most important issues for children. Lisa, the nurse, was outstanding as well. The office staff was professional and friendly. Highest recommendation for CHOP Doylestown!

Not what it used to be! My kids have gone there over 16 years. I need a simple form for her permit and they charge for it and it takes a business week to complete! I work in the Healthcare field and we would never! It's hard to get an appointment or anyone on the phone. They seemed to have gotten too big for their own good. It's sad.

I had good experiences here until recently. My son had an allergic reaction to his eczema lotion so I brought him in. Dr. Hentschel told me it definitely wasn't an allergic reaction and his lotion was safe. We tried his lotion again and he had an even worse reaction. This isn't my first bad experience with this doctor ...just the most recent and most serious.

I had a terrible experience at this location due to staff negligence.My toddler had a skin rash and I took her to see her pediatrician. However, due to the high volume of sick patients we ended up seeing a nurse. She totally disregarded the rash and sent us home without any medication.A couple of days latter the rash turned into a couple blisters and I took my daughter back to the doctor… we were seen by the same nurse and once again, nothing was done about the clearly infected blister my kid had at that point. I was told it was a tough case of “hands, feet, mouth” and to just let the infection run its course.My daughter was in pain, she had a fever constantly and we were not sleeping due to how uncomfortable she was but even though I insisted that she should give us antibiotics she did not.A couple days after that, I just could not keep waiting for the infection to heal since it had clearly worsened and I went back to CHOP but this time I demanded to see a doctor. Once she saw the infected blister she was clearly shocked that I was sent home twice without any treatment. The infection was really bad, she seemed very scared and she sent us to the children’s ER in KOP immediately.This was an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for us, my daughter could have been okay if the nurse gave her antibiotics as soon as the blisters appeared.All I got from CHOP was an unacceptable apology for not handling my daughter’s case correctly. This was such a scary and expensive situation that could have been avoided if we had received the right attention and medication.

Wonderful pediatricians office. Responsive, even after hours, patient and respectful of their clients’ time. The office is always clean and there are never many in the waiting room. We love it here.
