At the front desk you have 2 amazing girls. Michelle was awesome, funny and professional. Very knowledgeable in the automotive aspect as well as managing the front desk. And Christine was amazing too the next day when picking up my vehicle. Love the ginger look on you Christina.

When I met with the service rep, we discussed what was going to happen with the repairs and I mentioned that I needed the repair to be done on the day I drop it off so I can pick the truck up to use it the next day. I agreed to drop it off the night before so the work could start the next morning. The next day, I called at about 4PM and was told that they still needed to do the sensor sync from Ford and that Ford shuts that down at 4. So, I stated I needed the truck and was told there was no mention of that on the service request and my rep was on vacation. I told them I was coming to pick up the truck because I needed it to drive to work and we’d have to reschedule the sync. As I was on my way to pick up the truck, Carstar called me and explained that nothing has been completed on the truck. I was quite upset to hear this and asked how that was possible and was told they were busy and apologized to. When I picked up the truck, all my settings were gone, and my radio would not come on. I went in and let them know something was wrong and was told nothing was done to the truck at all. However, the 12v plug was opened in the cab so I know someone was in there doing something and probably connected some sort of diag to the truck. They ran some sort of config update and the radio started to work. **This is the second time I was lied to. I dropped the truck off the next night so they could work on it the following day. I received a call from Carstar telling me they broke the new mirror. At this point I was kind of numb and said I needed to pick up the truck because I was going away for the weekend and rescheduled service for the following week. FINALLY, when I dropped off the truck the third time, the repairs were successfully completed. Coincidentally, my tailgate would not go down and thought it had to do with them updating the truck, but it was determined to be something I had to take it to the dealer for a warranty repair.

Excellent customer service, and awesome work done on my vehicle. I was kept up to date on progress with my vehicle, had a great rental car through AutoRent, and received an amazing finished product. My experience was great.

I was flummoxed with my insurance company’s claim process. The intake staff, Paul Orr was a Godsend. He saved me money, time and frustration. While CarStar doesn’t have a hand in the rental car company they were the most disappointing part of the process. The car was awful.

**update, the collision center repaired most of the damages for free. I give 3 stars***. After an accident, I sent my car to here. It took over a month to get repaired. After I came home. I found several scratches on my car and two severe glasses damages on the door that was supposed to be replaced. How can I trust this shop.? I am so frustrated and disappointed with their quality of jobs.

I had insurance work completed by Carstar due to peeling of the original factory paint. Carstar did a great job and they finished the work in 10 days. I recommend them if you're looking for body work.

I could not have been more pleased. Everyone there was so nice and friendly and my car was completed before I was expecting it to be. And it was cleaned while there so immaculate when I picked it up.

Excellent work and customer service! After having my car hit while unoccupied on two separate occasions, I took my vehicle to CARSTAR for repairs. Paul and the entire team were professional, and truly wonderful to work with. My car is like new, and the communication, quality of work and my entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
