We had a very positive experience with Bucks County Hot Tubs. He was very courteous, polite and professional with every interaction…. From purchase to delivery. He helped us set it up with a complete tutorial. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! P.S. His dog Casper was also a delight to have around too!!!!!

Not sure if they are still in business but I would stay away. I had a job done 6 months ago and started having problems. Called 3 times. Sent Facebook message. Sent email. No response. Had to have another company out to fix what was done.

I would encourage anyone in the market for a hot tub to exercise EXTREME caution in engaging in business with Chuck Renfro (owner) of Bucks County Hot Tubs out of Doylestown, PA. This business has defaulted on nearly two thousand dollars worth of freight shipments that were coordinated by my company - FullCoverageFreight LLC.My business handles hot tub shipment for dozens of the largest hot tub manufacturers in the country and we ship to hundreds of their dealers throughout the country. We have now enlisted the services of a 3rd party collections agency along with our in house legal counsel to collect payment on their outstanding freight invoice. Bucks County Hot Tubs has engaged in theft and we have documentation for all rendered services which we did not receive payment for. - Signed bills of lading showing delivery of hot tubs, Attempted collections attempts from our corporate office, 3rd party collections company and legal counsel.I have great respect for any and all small-businesses and I understand how competitive the hot tub industry is. Over the course of my business I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of extremely honest and well-run hot tub dealers. Many of whom are located in the same market as Bucks County Hot Tubs. I would be more than happy to direct you to a reputable dealer, that stands by their product, pays their bills, and will be around for the long haul. Edited post. First time was great but there was follow up to get hot tub working properly. Owner blew us off and never order the parts he promised to get. He cares more for his band then his customers. Never should have pay in full until all work was completed...

I bought a hot tub from Chuck in May of 2021. Due to a nightmare scenario of Covid and supply line issues I had to wait one year. It was just delivered (May 2022). It is a beautiful Marquis spa and I love it. The delay was completely Marquis’s fault and Chuck and Barbara did the best they could and kept me updated throughout. The install went great. Chuck is awesome. He’s great to deal with and I would suggest him to anyone needing a hot tub or service. I’ll be using him for all services going forward. No question. I’m one happy customer, after a year!!

I bought a refurbished hot tub from Bucks County Hot Tubs. Talked to Diane on the phone and she was really nice. She informed me that they sold used hot tubs and put me in touch with Chuck.Chuck and his crew delivered my hot tub. They strategically placed the hot tub exactly where I wanted it. They put everything together and walked me through anything I needed to know and more. Thanks again Diane and Chuck you made our Morial day weekend.
