“Suburban Autoworks (SA) was wonderful to work with! Our son was in a car accident and SA was one of the options our insurance company gave us to fix the car. Boy are we happy that we chose to use them! From the first phone call after the accident to when we picked up the car, communication was excellent (Kim was fantastic!) and we always felt like they listened to and addressed our concerns. The car was fixed in 3 weeks and looks as good as new. Thank you SA for taking a stressful situation and turning it into such a positive experience! Highly recommend them!!”

“I wish I knew about Reds when I first moved here in 2016. If you know me, you know I tell it like it is.
I bought a used 2006 F250 in 2020 and brought it to a dozen different repair shops. Each one somehow billed me $2-3k a pop, just to put a Band-Aid on more serious issues. These shops allowed me to drive an unsafe vehicle, knowing I towed a camper! I honestly don’t know how they passed my trucks inspection.
Fast forward to this year, someone turned me onto Reds and I couldn’t be more grateful! These guys have done right by me. They have been completely 100% honest and respectful! Instead of just putting a Band-Aid on the truck and sending me on my way, for the first time, a mechanic showed me the underside of my truck and all the terrible things that were done to it. They basically told me my truck would not pass inspection and they could not take money from me for fixing it because it’s not worth fixing. Anyone else would’ve had $thousands in their pockets, so I cant tell you how much I appreciate these guys.
They even got me a better deal replacing the rear glass, a difficult part to find, on my Hyundai, and in less time! Dont go anywhere else. If you need work done on your vehicle, a good, reliable used car or a rental truck, you can trust these guys. Tell ‘em Da Lawyer sent you!”

“Walked in to this dealership to explore my first Benz. I have been shopping around for sometime and this was my longest car search ever. Did my due diligence with different models and had GLE as the finalist based on my budget. However , had to compromise on the size of the car to fit our requirements. GLS was the best fit though , but the price point. Adam from their sales spent sometime with us to understand our actual requirements and patiently worked with us to get a better deal on the GLS from their inventory. Overall It`s definitely a win-win & I`m amazed by their customer service !!!”

“I stopped in with a grease fitting problem for my lawn tractor. The original fittings were missing and my local car repair company suggested I try the NAPA parts store in Doylestown on North Main Street. A gentleman named Tom went out of his way to examine my tractor wheel where the fitting should be located. He determined that it was a press-in fitting not a screw type. He found the correct size and explained how to insert the fitting. Awesome service and knowledgeable people. Many thanks!”

“I needed a rear wiper blade replacement and got to the store at opening. Justin was great! He explained all the options of each type of wiper and I purchased the insurance, a smart move. I also had to return an incorrect wiper that I bought online. It was alot to deal with first thing in the morning but Justin was always polite and friendly. This is why I go to this store only.

“Chad Delahanty is a 5 star salesman. He displayed great attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything about my new lease purchase was right. He made the experience more personal for the customer, while showing great responsibility for and pride in his work. Really nice to meet you, Chad! I’d want to work with him again.

On the other hand, I think a dealership of this size and scope could improve on the attention to detail. The vehicle needed minor service updates at time of purchase. When I returned, service was fast, but service records and information on what was a former Beans loaner were inaccurate or inconsistent upon my acquisition, which created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience for me to have to make additional trips to and from Doylestown. I also received texts that I never showed up for my appointment after I had just been there. They passed the buck on a simple question I had several times until they ignored me altogether; I had to get the answer from the Newtown branch.”

“I brought my bronco there for service after going off-road, my alternator failed, I brought it into Fred beans Ford talk to a person named George, no problem we leave it did get me a loaner, overall a good experience, especially everybody I talk to is very nice, dealing with a dealership it is a long process, but they made good for it, Ended up doing an inspection which was due soon with an oil change and a tire rotation, only got charged for the inspection, I will return next year for my inspection,”

“I just spoke to them after a terrible conversation with another Honda dealership. The person I spoke to at Keenan knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to give me more information based of my description only. The other dealership wouldn't even talk to me unless I took a day off to visit them so they could 'assess' the damage before they would even talk about the part needed and would have demanded I take another day off at THEIR convenience to repair the car.I will defiantly be going to Keenan in the future for all my Honda needs when the time comes.”
