I can't say enough good things about Auto Express. Took my car there today to get inspected. No pushy nonsense. Just honesty.

They really do a good job, and I never feel like I'm paying for more than I should. Always friendly, willing to explain and answer questions. They offer veterans discount and accept competitors coupons. Work is always completed quickly. Good job guys!

Horrible experience, from the 5 hour wait to me having to go pick up my own parts from the dealership down the road. Avoid if possible.

I'd definitely recommend Auto Express Spa! They did a fantastic job mounting, balancing, and aligning my tires. They were able to fix the vibrations that had been bothering me for a while, and the ride is now smooth and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns.
As far as I know, they're the only shop in the Northeast that offers Road Force balancing without requiring an appointment, which was a big plus for me. And the best part was that they offer the services at a very competitive rate than most other shops I've been to.
This one of the few remaining places where you don't have to wait a week to get certain services, which comes in handy when you have to get your tires, alignment etc fixed in an emergency. Overall, a great experience!! I will definitely go back!!

Huge Thanks to Travis Guthrie and the rest of the crew at Auto Express Doylestown. I needed a tire nearing [40 minutes] closing time and they had it, found it and got me in and out in record time. A very friendly & welcoming environment. Definitely recommended and worth considering for your car care needs. Happy Independence Day, ALL!!

Brought my car in for 3 new tires, oil change, inspection, and alignment. One of my previous tires wasn’t holding its recommended psi so when I got the new tire, I assumed they just didn’t recalibrate the tire air warning. Fast forward about 2 weeks, I get a flat tire. AAA comes and inspects the tire, and lets me know that the sealant that was used was faulty and that that’s why my tire lost all air. Because I had driven on it after the faulty seal came off, the tire wasn’t able to be fixed. I called auto express and was told they offer no warranty on their tires, so I had AAA tow my car elsewhere who also confirmed the issue with the tire. I will say I think their prices are fair, and their staff is super friendly and it seems genuine and not like at some other places. They did let me know they’d look at the tire, but I chose not to drive the 45 mins to have them tell me the same thing. Not sure who’s fault the sealant coming of was, but I won’t be back for this reason only.

I have been a customer here for several years. I have also recommended them to others. Today I had my 2020 Buick Enclave inspected and serviced there. As usual, I received very courteous and professional service.,, today from Bill. One of the things that I requested to be done was front brakes and rotors. I was told that they were at 4/32 and passable but I told them to go ahead and change them. Now I am 69 years old and I have had many brake jobs in my life. I didn’t ask how much it would be before authorizing the work because in the past They have always been competitive. My total bill for Inspection, synthetic oil change tire rotation, rear wiper blade, new battery and a front brake job was$1480.56. They charged me $725.61 for the front brake pads and rotors. I questioned them and they said the price has gone up due to the new materials brake pads are now required to be manufactured with. They also charged me in excess of $69.00 for “Shop supplies”… I found genuine GM rotors and pads online in several places for about $300.00 and less. I was charged $538.+ for these parts plus $170.00 Labor. This experience has shaken my confidence in this business. I’m pretty sure I could have gotten a front break job for about $400.00. No wonder Fred Beans is doing so well.

I have an S2000 Honda that's 20 years old and I'm very very particular about it. Normally only ever take it to Honda, but these guys had it in for oil and did the exact right thing they put the right grade - it takes a very weird mix but they were meticulous enough to look it up Took care of me exceptionally well and even matched to coupon! ... And the tag that tells you when you're next oil changes due also specifies the grade, so I don't have to look it up or worry about it on the next change.
