Brian provided me the most patient and kind attention today. I came in because my iPhone ran out of storage capacity. He spent a good amount of time helping me to arrive at the proper solution and helping me to transfer the contents of my phone. I highly recommend this location because the people are extremely professional and kind.

They always have good customer service and technical support. We are happy with the internet service we receive.

Before coming here, I was at a Verizon store off west Chester pike that did not offer me any help and referred me to this location. I walked in and walked out within 15 minutes with my phone fixed. Very helpful and polite staff

Rude and dismissive manager. Terrible attitude and careless toward senior customer who asked for assistance with online pickup order. Attitude worsened when customer was asked if they wanted to make purchase of "extras" and customer said no. Was extremely attentive to purchasing customer. Don't go here for service or assistance

My 3 phones were shipped to this store so I could pick up. I was told the store would call when phones were received. Not only did I not receive a call from the store, they shipped all 3 phones back to Verizon. I had scheduled an appt to pick up the phones and in the notes left my telephone number for them to call me. No one called. So at the Appt I found out they shipped my phones back because having the phones in the store is a liability. They could have called me to let me know this is their policy. I left work early to go, and wasted an hour and half of my life. On top of that I was on the phone with Verizon so they can cancel the entire order today and won't be able to trade in my phones until the first order is cancelled. This store is responsible for adding another 3 to 4 hours of my life on the phone with Verizon sorting this whole situation out. Their handling of the entire situation was super inconsiderate. Update: June 29.... Because of this store sending my phones back... I have been on the phone for the 4th time...Verizon is unable to cancel the pending order. I am still unable to order phones. Seriously, shame on this store for sending the phones back. Other Verizon stores accept phones. This has turned into a major problem.

Saved me money! Friendly! Beyond helpful! Smart and extraordinarily helpful! That's "Caitlin" at the Downingtown Verizon mobile store. She helped me save money on my cell plan. And while I didn't go there for anything related to our FIOS internet and cable, she offered ways to lower our costs with FIOS. She knew everything about every phone and plan. But what's more, she provided service to me as if she were assisting her family member. In only a few other retail situations have I experienced such a terrific combination of product knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. BTW, the store was super-clean, bright, and efficiently run. Thanks, Verizon Wireless, and a big thanks to Caitlin at the Downingtown store!

Absolutely the worst customer service. They had 1 customer in the store 4 people working that I could see and told me they couldn't help me and to go on line to book an appointment. No signs anywhere say you have to have an appointment but they just did want to help me. These people Don deserve to have jobs. Went down the street and Best Buy was totally willing to help me and the 3 others customers the Verizon store told they couldn't help

My mother and I were at this location several times the week of 10/28/21.... We had recently switched over to Verizon from T-Mobile and needed to pick up SIM cards. The process was smooth aside from a lack of direction from the store on how to follow the steps provided from customer service when switching carriers. The most pesky thing that had happened was walking into the store and being turned away because of an unwillingness to help during the switch between carriers. A complaint I would like to make is that there were many associates standing around chatting while it could have probably taken 5 or 10 minutes to fix the problem.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I walked in at 4 in the afternoon to attempt to purchase a new phone. We stood up front for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we walked in. We were then asked (in a rude tone) by a woman if we had an appointment and told they're appointment only the rest of the day and we will not be helped without one and to come back another day. Employees were standing around talking and not helping anyone at the time. We explained we knew what phone we wanted and just needed a replacement iPhone. (As multiple employees were standing around not helping anyone) she told us we will not be helped today and to make an appointment. We walked out to our car and went to this particular Verizon location to schedule an appointment. They had an available appointment in an hour at 5:00pm. Well that's great! Surprised the woman that didn't want to help us didn't offer to let us know that they had any available appointments let alone one in an hour...I come back in at 5:00. We wait to be seen. We check in and a man there took the time to show us different iPhones and discuss prices etc. We picked out a new i phone 12 pro and a phone case and were ready to purchase it. He tells us that I need to pay off an existing balance on an old phone first. That's completely fine. They don't accept cash (seriously?!?) step outside for a few minutes to move money into the proper account and pay the phone off through my Verizon app. We come back in at 5:50, and the woman working informs me that she has seen us in here multiple times today and that they will not be able to help us because they close in 10 minutes. Mind you, the guy who had previously been helping us already had the phone out and ready to go. The phone that they were not going to connect or help copy over any of my contacts, pictures, etc. We agreed that was fine and we were willing to do that ourself at home. We literally just wanted to BUY THE PHONE we physically had boxed in front of us and leave. She then proceeds to accuse me of lying about even having an appointment in the first place. She said she had a woman come in at 5 and she was in and out. Yes, she helped someone at 5 and we were being helped for OUR APPOINTMENT by a man that works there. I told her we were checked in by him and we made one and we were already previously checked in and picked out our phone and then explained that we would have completed our transaction 20 minutes ago if you accepted cash like a normal store. She very rudely insisted we lied and strongly informed we will not be helped no matter what. We then go sit and watch as other customers come in after us continue to finish their transactions well past the 6pm closing time, while i try to figure out somewhere else to spend over $1000 on a phone. We will never ever return to this store and could not be more irritated, insulted, and disappointed with our experience with this Verizon location. The woman working was the most rude employee we have ever dealt with at Verizon. She made it clear from 4pm-6pm that under no circumstances would we be helped EVEN WITH OUR APPOINTMENT. After being yelled at by her in front of customers and employees. I truly can't believe Verizon would have such poor customer service skills by an angry employee that made it clear she had no interest in helping us in any way possible. The way we were treated and spoken to by this employee especially in a corporate store is beyond unacceptable. Please do not waste your time at this store.

Update, the folks at the store really helped me fix what turned out to be a customer service glitch. Thank you for taking the time to help me!

Terrible customer service. My mom made an appointment online with this location to activate a new phone and transfer her information. When she got there, they told her that they would not do it and that "most customers prefer to do this from home." Why was she able to make an appointment for a service they do not provide, and why don't they provide this service? She went to a Verizon retailer location in Frazer next to the Giant grocery store, and they were able to help her without a problem.

After my family having Verizon for decades, I decided to open a new account for my boyfriend and I. I was assuming everything was going to go smoothly and I that I wouldn't really have to continue to deal with Verizon except to pay the bill and any new phones. Anywho, my boyfriend got a new phone and like four replacement phones later, your customer service is lacking. The phone constantly freezes, glitches, randomly decides to restart, etc. Every single time it's the same nonsense. Plus I'm paying for a brand new phone and I'm getting refurbished ones that don't even work. How is it fair to the consumer to pay FULL PRICE for damaged, used goods? Anyway with multiple visits to this store and multiple calls to corporate including speaking to a level four customer service person, I am still stuck with a used phone on my account that I am still paying full price for that is basically a brick. My only options, according to corporate are to PAY OFF the phone in FULL (mind you, for a refurbished, non functioning phone) and to trade in the phone for the Google Pixel phone and pay ten dollars a month for that. To have ANOTHER refurbished (who knows if it actually functions) phone sent to me and get it all set up again to have it malfunction again. Deal directly with the manufacturer or to just suck it up and pay 600+ dollars for a non functioning phone on my account. I'm not giving this company any more money for a phone that doesn't work. I shouldn't even have to PAY a dime for ya'll to resolve this issue. If ya'll aren't going to fix this and give me a brand new, properly functioning phone and resolve this issue, I am taking my business elsewhere.

This place has horrible customer service. The worker that "greeted" us made our family feel ridiculously unwelcome because we came in 20 min to closing. Too bad MIL has Verizon as her only option. We'll have to buy her a new phone from a different store cuz there is no way we'd give them our business.
