Very bad service, there are only two people serving and a line of 15. 20 waiting, among them an adult who is very late.

Was there a few weeks ago with a handful of change, less than $5.00 worth, and maybe 20 cents in pennies. Teller was annoyed and never smiled. There wasn't a line or anything, she was just kind of rude. Two of the coins were Pesos, and another two were French. I asked her if she could convert those, and she said no. I have an account at this bank and read the website before i went in, and it says on the website that they can convert currency - so she just didn't feel like working. If you are getting paid to do a job, you should do your job.

I had a problem with my checking account, laura the assistant store manager , cleared it all up in a matter of minutes, she was friendly and extremely efficient, I recommend folk to use this TD bank branch

Friendly and knowledgeable! I went in to this location after my debit card stopped working for my savings account. I was sure it was a bank mistake but turns out I'm just incompetent with my online banking. In any case the gentlemen who helped me was named Amir and not only did he help me figure out the problem but he was also courteous and SUPER patient. He even explained the situation in a way that didn't make me feel d*** even though I had caused my own issue to begin with. Great group of people here!

Used to love going to this bank but now I will close my account once all my bills get paid. A month ago I ordered from Walmart and my order got canceled because it wasn't in stock. They credit me but then took it right back out. I filed a dispute through the bank they gave me the money plus overdraw fee. Then they investigated it and took back all the money and I argued with them saying that walmart took it back but they said no they didn't. I showed them the proof and still they said you got your money back. I am beyond livid over this. The facts are right there but they don't see it.

Thank you Katelyn for the great service! I needed to order more checks & another branch gave me incorrect info about placing an online order, so my order was not processing correctly. When I called for help, Katelyn quickly looked up my info & placed my order. Thank you for the great customer service!

I actually give them a 0. I needed to cash one of their checks as and the main office told us a state ID is all I needed. Drove 2 hrs to cash this check , and they refused to cash it. The manager was rude and unhelpful to resolve this problen.
