Came in to get plotter paper, that they don't carry, so had to get my print job completed at the copy&print center. The woman behind the counter was rude and unwelcoming. No customer service skills whatsoever- looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but here doing her job. Bad experience and won't be coming back.

Pretty good for many things, I use this store 1-2x per month. Most employees are helpful and try. Glad this one stayed open and Exton closed.

The women in the print department was professional, talented, multi tasks well and was cool, Calm and helpful in a very busy environment the evening before her mother in laws funeral. She is exceptional. Please reward her. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. If I saw her I would know her.

Staples helped me with making business cards. Initially, my family member tried to help and forgot to print the back of the card. Joe, print store manager, was wonderful with helping me fix the cards and get new ones made. They look fantastic and were made quickly. Thank you !
