We had very good experience at this Store. I'm newbie to painting. They asked all the right questions and gave me the exact product that I was looking for. The Staff is very professional and knowledgable on the products. I will 100 percent recommend this store.

Just go to this store. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they seriously helped me out after another paint store steered me in the completely wrong direction. These are good people all around.

The Downingtown Sherwin Williams store in Mill Town Square is a great place to shop for paint. The store itself is very inviting, and the saleswoman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the product line and its colors. She even helped me pull up a coupon for a 15% discount on my purchase! I was most impressed with her helpfulness.

Gavin and Joe are both incredibly friendly and helpful. We are painting the majority of the rooms in our new home and they both helped us buy all of the items we need without suggesting unnecessary items to upsell us. On top of the great customer service, the emerald paint covered over my bright teal walls with just one coat!

Sherman william store in Doeningtown, PA . recently I was wanting advce and guidance on wallpaper. Pat in the sherman williams store was fantastic. The paper unfortuantely was back ordered. Pat made sure to let me know as soon as it was in.

We bought a new house a few years ago, and have slowly been painting each room. Each time we take on a new room, we stop into this shop for swatches and expert advice. The folks that work here are professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and patient! Today I came in a little frazzled because I had tried to get some swatches the previous weekend and the store was packed with other people doing the same. The previous weekend there was one older woman customer who was passively aggressive rude and blocked several others from accessing the swatches she was standing in front of. Literally, every time anyone reached for a swatch, she blocked the way. I don't know how her husband didn't check her. I waited 15 minutes and then gave up. When I came in today to get the swatches I needed, a woman working there came over and asked if she could help me; she gave me great advice about the Sherwin Williams design services, told me about the big swatch stickers, and was so sweet and kind. I've been to this store so many times and the staff is always top-notch. Once I came in during terribly bad weather and a young man was working the counter, he came in on a weekend day early in the morning during terrible weather to work. That sure tells you about the level of commitment this store provides. Also worth noting - the paint we get always matches the swatch perfectly. The paint colors are calibrated expertly. if you ever run out of paint halfway through a project you can feel confident in buying another gallon and know that the colors will be exactly the same.

This is the second time this place has been overwhelmingly unhelpful. I don’t understand why. I called and asked: I’m looking for a certain shade of purple, a taupey-purple, but I’m having trouble finding it myself. Is someone there that can help me?
His response was: I can show you the wall of colors but if you can’t see it, I don’t know how I’m going to help you. What kind of answer is that even?! I don’t get it. How is that response even helpful and after that response, why would I come to this store?
