I made a 10:30 appointment for a oil change when I arrived there were six cars in front of me. When I checked in I was told 45min to an hour. Well 2 1/2 hours later my car was ready . So much for express service at reedman Honda. Will not be going back.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Reedman Toll Honda of Downingtown. They were very straightforward, gave honest and fair pricing on their vehicles, and they were a pleasure to work with. When I originally went in, they didn't have the color car we wanted, but the management team worked diligently to do a swap with another dealer so they could get me the trim and color I truly wanted. Kudos to Cliffton (sales rep) and Ben (sales manager) for making my car buying experience with them an A+

I'd give no stars if possible!!! This place has been nothing but a headache every single time I've gone there! The people are beyond rude and honestly dread going there but it's the closest honda dealership to me. Would not recommend if you are kind hearted person as far as the service center goes they will ruin your whole day just so they can be passive aggressive with you on the the phone and through text message.

From start to finish our experience at Reedman Toll was extremely satisfying. From Jim in sales to Matt as the dealership manager, the transaction in purchasing our new Honda CRV was nothing short of completely professional and accommodating.
All of this taking place in a very difficult time for dealerships with inventory and supply issues, the folks at Reedman Toll Downingtown went above and beyond.
They proved we made a great choice and were deserving of our business.

This is worse place to go for any type of service or the state inspection. I went for a state inspection and the guy came back with the list of issues and mentioned that these are mandatory to fix in order to pass the state inspection. However, I had the car service at the same location 2 months back and at that time everything was great. There is no transparency in pricing. When he gave me the quotes before fixing the issues was different from the actual bill. I ended up paying $1000.25. When I talked with that guy he was rude and he was not responding in a respectful manner. I spoke with his manager about the pricing part and he gave me the whole lecture about Honda pricing model and did not even hear my concerns properly. I will never ever go or suggest anyone to go to this place. Its a "0" star from my side based on my experience.

Had pretty good experience here. We got the ford explorer we wanted at a good price, And they gave us the most money for the trade and and worked with us to get us the best deal.

I had a very poor experience, it is a very expensive place where the seller only cared about his pocket. I tried to make appointments to repair my new vehicle and they never responded to me. I tried to do my inspection and gas emissions, which was supposed to be free and they tried to charge me. $80 dollars I ended up looking for another workshop. It was very disappointing, they didn't even deserve one star.

Purchased my new vehicle from Bryan there in November ‘23 and couldn’t be happier. I Googled nearest Honda dealer and went there. Checked out a Ridgeline and really liked it. No pressure from Bryan to buy immediately. I went home, decided to buy it and called him back later that Saturday. They quickly got the paperwork together. I drove back and was out the door in about an hour. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will be back.
