My wife and I want to show profound gratitude and appreciation to this wonderful and amazing woman, ever since the pandemic things have always been very difficult for me and my family, I lost my job during the stay at home and it was very difficult for me to secure a new job that was how life became terrible for me, But thank God for bringing this woman into my life, Mrs Alexander Melissa. I read so many good reviews online on how she has been helping a lot of people both small business owners to gain financial balance so I contacted her on WhatsApp and that was the day my life change began, I started with the lowest investment plan which was $500 and within a week I earn a profit of $6,900, since then I have been making huge profits with the help of MRS Alexander Melissa, Now I can do basically anything I want for myself and my family, I just can't thank you enough ma, may God continue to reward you. I highly recommend to everyone that needs financial aid, contact her on: WhatsApp:+1 (210) 628-9394 E-mail;

Not a trust worthy establishment they lied to get me to come to the dealership. Visited this place yesterday to test drive a 22 CRV I found online. The car had a price online and it had a button that said click to see if there is a daily special for this car. I clicked and had to put in my info and received a call from Clifton. He explained that the car was not eligible for a daily special and that the price listed online is the price. I go link up with Clifton, test drive, and start talking price for the car. He tells me the price is $3000+ more than what it was listed as. I ask why and he says online is the msrp and they do a markup price on the lot. Keep in mind I spoke to this man on the phone there was no mention of a markup. I was told the price listed is the price of the car. Why tell me that is the price of that isn't the price. Faith in a respectable transaction happening is gone. Therefore so is my business .

Successful withdrawal without been charged of fee is what makes the crypto project reliable. I was very doubtful to invest and trade to increase my coins, I needed a honest account manager to guide me through the investment course. All thanks to this broker, simple account funding, easy withdrawal directly to my paxful wallet with a profit that accumulated $15,000 am so excited and unreservedly express my gratitude to Mrs Kathy Lawrence who guided me on the course. She's trust worthy and I do recommend her. For guidance on how to set up a trade: Email:

I have been a Honda owner since 1987. I have bought 7 Hondas in a row. I have owned no other make of car since 1987. We currently own 2 Hondas. I bought a 2021 CRV Hybrid earlier this year. We took it in for a free oil change yesterday at Reedman Toll Honda of Downingtown, 19 Park Lane Downingtown, Pa 19335. The vehicle has 16321 miles. While the vehicle was at the dealer I received a call from the service manager indicating that the vehicle needed to have its rear differential fluid changed. I found this odd since I have never changed the rear differential fluid on a car with such low mileage. Unfortunately I did not have access to the vehicle's manual at the the time. The cost for this service was $137.32. When I returned home I checked with several auto websites and this service was not needed. This fluid needs to be changed every 30000 - 60000 miles, not at 16,321. The price for this service was also exorbitant. Needless to say I will no longer be taking the vehicle to this dealership. I will have to seriously consider this experience the next time we buy a new car.

3 hours for a service recall on the fuel line for my 2015 Honda Accord. Never even looked at the car. Then they asked me to leave because I was upset. LOL. This dealership is the worst. I have owned 6 Hondas since 1996. Trading them in for Fords tonight.

Be certain to check your repair bill before paying it. They "added" a miscellaneous $100 charge on my invoice and when I caught it they said they can't credit your credit card but only process a refund in 3 to 5 days (plus mail time). Additionally, there was a cost noted on their site for a trans fluid service being performed which they would not honor. Even contacted the GM - there was no response!

These scumbags lied right to my face when I asked what the rim and tire package covered. When I went to get roadrash repaired like the financing guy explicitly told me (and my parents who were with at the time) I could, suddenly it's not covered. I SPECIFICALLY asked because I got a scrape from a pothole on an older car of mine. These absolute guttersnipes lied to my mother's face, that tells you enough about them as people. Avoid at all costs.

I went there to buy a CRV this year and negotiated a car price and was assured the car was the same car as the CRV I bought there last year, except for the leather seats. Then I went home to pick up my checkbook and returned to pick up the new car. I went in the car with the sales person and asked again repeatedly if the features are the same as the car I bought last year and was again assured that was the case. Then we started to set the electronics in the car and found out there was no setup for the ignition keys for #1 and #2. I said that was not a deal breaker and asked again, “is there anything else” I don’t know about and was assured again, everything was the same. Then I asked if the hatchback door has the auto-close button, because I would consider that a deal breaker. The answer was , “I’m sure it’s there”. We set some other things up in the car and walked to check the back door only to find out the button was not there. Now I was getting really suspicious. We walked inside, the sales person talked to the manager, and then they come back to tell me this is not the same car as the one we purchased the previous year and the sales person made a mistake. The General Manager Steve, offered to sell me that car at a higher price and apologized for the mistake. No other retribution or offering. “Sorry to spend 3 hrs of your life in our store and pull back the offer we initially promised you. We made a mistake”. Never again at Roberts Honda. I will even take my other car to another dealer for service. Horrible experience.

I had the extreme displeasure of returning a leased Honda Civic yesterday. My wife wanted to purchase a Honda CRV, so we had already filled out an application and given them all of the needed information the day before via email and text. I had explained that I was coming from my overnight shift and my wife was coming in before her days work, so we would be losing sleep to do the transaction. They didn't care. After 2.5 hours they offered us several financial options, one of which I was willing to pursue, but they wanted $5k that day. I offered $2500 and the rest in 2 weeks. Received a hard no. No flexibility whatsoever for a return customer. Finally, I asked to just return the lease and no purchase. That's when the salesman proceeded to try to "educate" me. His words. I told him I don't need nor want an "education." Then he had the audacity to say "that's why you are $10,000 in debt!" It took all of my strength to remain civil. They will never see another cent from me or mine again! I felt so offended! I didn't like the dealership when it was Roberts Honda, as they treat people disrespectfully. They don't value our time either. Now, I see, the name change to Reedman Toll made no difference. They still are the same arrogant dealership, but with bigger balls to blatantly disrespect their customers!

Fairly new to the area but a long-time Honda driver. I purchased an Accord at Roberts last November - awful experience. Day after I bought the car the battery died. Took it back to Roberts and was told the battery was fine. Three months later I brought the car back for an oil change. Was told I needed a new battery ($150) and that there was a nail in my tire that could not be removed so I'd need 2 new tires ($250-plus). Neither was true - took the car to a local tire place which removed a small piece of metal that didn't puncture the tire. Battery was tested. It was fine. So was the tire. Meanwhile I found a few days after buying the car that there was big hole in the driver's side floor mat (they'd covered it with one of those service paper mats.) I contacted customer service to lodge a complaint and was told they'd use my experience in their next training session, and I was asked not to review the business because someone could get in trouble. Bizarre. I even sent an email to the General Manager and it was kicked back saying that email address didn't exist. I may buy another Honda someday but not from Roberts - never from Roberts. Epic fail.

Always make sure that you do a walk through what u like to get done and ask for the estimated costs otherwise you will find surprises ! Happened to me twice ! First they replaced a tire without my permission n today they entered the wrong code ! Initially they said to me approx $161 plus tax during the walk through and when my car was completed it was $275. Wait they apologized for wrong code but if I didn't ask for the initial Estimate they would run w my money... be careful

I was headed to the area for a funeral and had an issue with my 2017 CRV. I called before I left NYC and brought the car straight to them. Kevin couldn't have been nicer - I got a loaner and they were able to resolve the issue. I wish I lived closer so they could do all my scheduled maintenance! Thank you again for saving the day!
