Unbelievable. I called in a refill days ago. It was supposed to be ready today. When i went to pick it up i was told that “systems were down”. I asked if that were the case at all rite aids and met with an attitude from the actual pharmacist “systems have been down since yesterday”. I called my script in on Sunday. Yesterday was Wednesday. They said they don’t know when I’ll be able to pick it up. I asked why i wasn’t informed. No answer. What if this had been a person that was on a medication for a life threatening condition? Im not the only one that didn’t get their meds today. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. Im transferring to CVS. But i can’t even transfer them today because THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE for the other pharmacy!!! Absolutely unreal.

Nobody was waiting in the pharmacy. I had asked for a prescription to be refilled several days ago. It wasn't ready. I was told to wait an hour. I'm transferring everything to a new pharmacy. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm done with rite aid

The staff here are really kind, but I have to say: the store is disgustingly dirty. Floors are dirty. I used the restroom 3 days ago, and it was GROSS. Thought it was a fluke. Came back today, and happened to need to use the restroom. it hasn’t been touched in that time. I know because there’s trash on the floor from 3 days ago. There’s also no way to exit the restroom without touching their absolutely disgusting door handles. Makes me question how clean their BOH is…maybe go to the rite aid in west Chester. It’s really clean there.

This is the most awful, slowest, unorganized pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Every time I call to confirm something is ready, there's always an issue when I walk in. Besides standing in the crazy long line, it never fails, they screw something up, and I'm stuck sitting in one of their metal folding chairs (see picture)... they keep adding more each time I walk in. Spent 9 minutes on the phone with them on a Saturday. They told me my script will be ready for refill on Monday. I then asked if I should call on Monday again and she said "nope, we'll have it ready!" I said "Really? I should call just in case, and she said "it's in the system!" I had to travel, and went to pick up the scripts on Thursday - and it wasn't ready! I don't know what their problem is. They don't look short staffed. I was only forced to go there when my local pharmacy shut down unexpectedly... ughhh. Sorry to be negative. But hopefully the already low rating, plus this review will make them take a deep dive into their terrible customer experience.

The staff is super nice, especially the woman who is there on early Saturday mornings (I forget her name). We come in at least twice a month and always have a good experience.

This pharmacy is criminally understaffed. Prescriptions are not filled in a timely manner (probably due to understaffing). If the automated system says your prescription will be "available the next business day," be prepared to wait a couple of days beyond that. (Make sure you call in your script when you have AT LEAST a weeks' worth of meds left, or you will be out of luck.) The phone is rarely answered, and when it is, the person who answers is rude and not helpful. Very often there are long lines at the prescription counter because there is only one person trying to run the drive-through window and the counter. Inshort, if you have ANY OTHER OPTION for a pharmacy, take it.

It kinda my go to pharmacy. Don't really go to pharmacy much but it's my go to stop for shampoo and stuff. Good parking and never really crowded. Great parking.

The phone was picked up by a girl, I asked if they had sterofoam coolers and then the girl put me on hold saying that she would find it. Well instead she put me on hold for 1 hour and hung up when the store closed for lunch at 12:00am. My dad and I were laughing hysterically, we were even playing a game to see when they would hang up.Here's a breakdown (easier to see)-I was put on hold-It was on hold until the store closed for lunch-A girl said she would find my a steyrofoam cooler.

Must take a receipt. when you goes back for something return to store. they not give you full money back. and the manager say it’s store policy so then why they ask to customer you want receipt that’s the reason if customer say no and for some reason the customer came back for return so they cut half amount from full amount. they should tell to customer before ask. ?. After take the item and then they sell again full price.

Pharmacy took the time to help me with prescription questions and processed my order right away. Stood in line for a short time at checkout because I chose to not use the kiosk for self checkout. I find products to be a bit pricey.

Just called in to check on a prescription for an inhaler. I've had trouble with this pharmacy before, and yet once again the pharmacist was very rude interruptive and just gave an overall poor experience. It's a shame that I feel the need to change my pharmacy since this location is right down the street from me, but I'd rather go somewhere further to get a better experience.

Absolutely terrible. Online it said I could bring my son as a walk in to get his flu shot, when I came in it was slow but the pharmacist working said that it was by appointment only and as I started walking away my mom was off in the corner and heard the pharmacist say that he was too busy and didn't feel like doing it. I ended up making an appointment for later that same day and after I checked in I waited for about 20 mins they rudely told me that my son was too young to get his flu shot there and I needed to take him tk the pediatrician. After I double checked online because it was such a bad vibe there it turns out they lied. Online it says 3 and up and I called another rite aid and they confirmed it was 3 and up. It was the same guy who spoke to me both times. Its flu season and I wanted to get my son vaccinated because he's prone to croup. I wasted a whole day and am so angry at how I was treated.

Just tried calling RiteAid for 30 minutes straight and got the same experience as many of the customers who reviewed this pharmacy. No one will pick up! I too have been going here for ten years and I’m ready to switch even though it’s within walking distance. I tried calling the 1-800 number the owner keeps posting in response to these bad reviews and guess what? Yep, can’t get through to anyone. Been waiting for twenty minutes and that’s when I decided to write this review. How can we discuss this further if we can’t talk to anyone?!

Never answer the phone in Pharmacy. I tried calling from 2:30 to 7:30 . No one answered. Been a customer for over a year. I understood when covid was going on . I just moved to a new Pharmacy. This seems to happen in all Riteaid's
