This is not Rex Carl anymore, if i could give negative stars I would, wanted to charge me $2000 for a rust hole the size of a finger nail, unfortunately Rex Carl is gone and sold the business to a dealer service writer who is going to rip you off with dealer prices and dealer games. BEWARE!!!I’m going to watch and wait for when this business goes under when the people find out how much of rip off they are,LADIES BE WARE, AND IM A GUY

100,000 Service provided was excellent. Top notch - extremely knowledgeable. Explained all findings & service recommendations so that it's easy to understand. Kept me informed with all the details of the services required. I will definitely be back for future service.

I’ve had my car worked on by Rex and I absolutely love him but I had my car worked on by the other tech and he was horrible, I asked him when my car was going to be ready and he was extremely rude. He kept it longer than it was supposed to be kept for an oil change and I didn’t know when it was supposed to be back because he was still extremely rude and defensive. Extremely disrespectful and I will never be coming back!

Wish I could give six stars! Everything from the greeting when you first call to when your receipt is handed to you is professional here. The technicians here value true quality when working and truly make what can be a difficult situation into a great experience. The service was fast and I can truly say it was a pleasure meeting and interacting with staff as they were experienced and hospitable while knowing my car was in great hands.Service: Steering/Suspension

Rex is top notch. Stopped-by with an issue late on a Friday and he got me in immediately to take care of an issue with my BMW that required sending a wheel out for repair. I had it back by Tuesday which was an amazing turnaround time. Really impressed by the level of customer service and the quality of the work!

No experience, called several times about my vehicle and they said they had to look it up. Took my number, never heard from them. Called back, I was told that the service person himself would call me back, never heard from him. Ended up going to the dealer.

Very thankful to have found Rex Carle Automotive. I have several older Mercedes in widely varying conditions and Rex’s expert knowledge and skilled service allow me to keep them on the road affordably. Also, everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Nowhere else I would go.

Very prompt and reasonably priced service on a Mercedes c300 for inspection, oil change, tire rotation and and turning lamp that required replacement. Highly recommend!

I'm so happy I learned about Rex! After my previous quarter century's Mercedes mechanic suddenly retired, I went to Rex Carle Automotive to diagnose a rough running problem in my '91 SL. He quickly sorted an ignition problem and addressed a few other minor maintenance issues. I was so satisfied that I decided to bring Rex a 'barn find' 350 SDL that had been parked for quite a while. He knew exactly what needed to be done and what could be put off 'til later. He brought that car back to life and now it gets driven daily! The highest level of expertise...very reasonable cost...willingness to explain and discuss repair plans...friendly staff...I expect to be a customer here for a long time.
