My insurance requires this company to do the lab work. I've been able to go to the clinic nearby to get the draw and collection done. That facility would forward the tubes as a courtesy. That's changing in a few days. If I want to use the clinic for collection, I'll have to pay a fee. Given several earlier experiences at this lab, whatever the fee will be, I'll pay it rather than have my time and travel wasted and come back home with huge bruises and blood stained clothing.

I have blood tests done at least twice a year and have been going to this location for years. I've never had a wait and the phlebotomist is excellent.

Had a urine test for a new job. Set an appointment up online, checked in on my phone and waited about 10 minutes before they called me back. The lady taking my sample was very nice and professional. Overall smooth experience even though doctors offices and the like always make me a bit nervous.

Not sure if I lucked out (based on other reviews), but I had a very positive experience. I had a lab work order, but no appointment. I signed in on their lobby computer and got an appointment scheduled 13 minutes later. Not even five minutes later someone came out. My blood work was done promptly. The lab tech was courteous and skillful. It was painless and I did not get bruised.

horrible customer service- we were treated so rudely. The staff that checks you in doesn't even treat you with common courtesy, much less treat you professionally. Choose somewhere else to go.

I've never been here and have someone come up front and take care of you within 10 minutes, even if you're the only one there and you can here them in the back talking. Why isn't there anyone ever at the front desk? I waited a bit till I realized I needed to check in on the kiosk. By the time I got brought back there were two other peole also waiting. I will say that once I got brought back I felt the women did a speedy and thorough job but the wait and not knowing if anyone even knows you there is a bit frustrating. It'd be nice to feel like the place I'm going to for important lab work felt like it was properly staffed. I definitely didn't feel like they were.

My first time coming in, mask less, I didn’t have a problem. Lady was nice. Second time I came in I was told to put a mask on and informed them that I didn’t the first time but now have to. So they already can’t stick to their own rules. My third time coming in I was 5 minutes late and was told that quest was already here to get samples so they probably couldn’t do it. I ultimately just left because I’m not having you rush my veins to get out. Save your time and go somewhere else because they ultimately are just not worth it.

My girlfriend and I scheduled our Covid Vaccine Booster shot appointments on March 19 for March 26 @ 11:20am & 11:40am. When we arrived we were greeted by a woman who wasn’t warm or welcoming. She seemed confused as to why we were there. She asked if we had an appointment, which we informed her that we did. She stated that they don’t take appointments past 11:30, however we informed her that the system allowed for us to schedule the appointment on our end. We were unable to sign into the kiosk, so she stated she would go to the back to let someone know and get back with us. When she came back out, she stated that she didn’t see our appointments in the system. We showed her our confirmation emails as well as text messages sent from Walmart. She responded stating that they didn’t see our appointments in the system and that we would have to come back because they were about to go on lunch… We showed her our confirmation emails again yet we were turned away. Won’t be scheduling an appointment at this Quest again. Extremely poor customer service.

I had an early Saturday morning appt. on Jan. 22, 2022; had no problem arriving, checking in and getting blood drawn. It is now Feb. 10, 2022, contacted my dr's office because my Rx hadn't been called in. I was informed that my results had not been received and to call the Quest location to have them resent. Well that proved to be more easier said than done; for 2 days I've called multiple times throughout the day and never obtain a person on the phone no matter what option chosen. This was my 1st encounter with Quest and almost certain it will be my last. Called my provider and informed I'd just wait until my next office visit and would like to request labs with lab core from now on if possible.
