“I’ve been to the store twice in the last week. I was overwhelmed and they helped me through the process. Thank you! Can’t imagine how tough it’s been over the last few years dealing with upset customers, including myself. I was gonna leave a negative review then realized half of the trouble I’ve experienced shipping things were self inflicted. The folks there have helped me sort things out properly so everything ships smoothly. Anyway, hope you all find this encouraging. May more smiles come, more encouragement, more love and more peace come to this store and to Caln Township. Thanks for everything you do. And apologies for how the public, including myself, can be so grumpy especially when it comes to shipping things. For some reason it’s a big stressor for us all. Thank you for helping. “I was quite fortunate that I arrived when I did as the hours listed in google are not correct. The hours at the door list 2pm on Sunday and Google lists 3pm but I was informed they close at 1pm. I was the last one to get service and I saw several frustrated folks who came in shortly after me. That said, the attendant was very helpful for me in getting my passport renewal documents submitted and I was in and out in ~15min.”

“Giving 4 star just because my work got done smoothly, but it took some time.Kind of a secluded place but work gets done. Staff looked quite introvert and had to wait for some time until someone showed up at the counter. But later felt like they are ok to help with queries and process for the first timers, just look like they are not happy with the job. Overall decent for a quick mail or money orders.”

“I go out of my way to come here because the service is so much better than any local post office. Gary at the front desk is quite literally always there and is so friendly… it feels like he knows everyone in town. You can always find parking within a block or so to quickly run inside. Just wish their hours were longer. Also if your review is complaining about CALLING the post office you are obviously not up with the times on how short staffed they are. Don’t expect an answer just go by in person”

“Always a great experience at this post office. On a more specific encounter, today I had to get a passport and I followed the government website instructions to the best I could but I still got a few things wrong. The woman there was extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out and helping spur of the moment for us to get our photo when the ones we brought weren't good enough. She was very friendly through the whole thing. I also like how they're the only post office in the area open late, because I don't get off work until 6 on weekdays and I can always rely on it.”
