“Tons of inventory and comparable prices to chain stores. Some things may be a bit more expensive, but it's locally owned. I don't mind spending a dollar or two more when staples like dog and cat food are actually cheaper than Target or Tractor Supply. The older staff are knowledgeable and helpful. There is an army of teenagers that are nice, but don't always know the answers, but they free up the managers to answer questions and give advice.”

“We love taking our dog there for her bath! $11 well spent, clean, shampoos, conditioners, etc provided. You can blow dry, but I would still recommend bringing a towel for after as well as a collar that you can hook your dog onto the tub. Helpful staff!”

“We come to the West Chester Petco for Grooming ! My 1 1/2 year old German Short haired Pointer Bow loves Rachel ! He is a handful and Rachel takes her time with him makes him feel comfortable and is always able to get his nails trimmed with no worries (Bow is not a fan of his nails being clipped ) . I will actually be adjusting my work schedule so he can have Rachel since she has been switched to only Mondays because of how incredible she is with him ! For anyone who's dog is apprehensive about being at the groomers have no fear Rachel is excellent ! We highly recommend Rachel for your fur baby's needs !”

“Very customer based company! My dog got an illness unrelated to using Dog Heiro but after conferring with Dr Frank it was decided that I should stop using the product. The company immediately refunded me the money I paid. Rarely can a company be found that responds so quickly to a customer! I have been using another product of theirs, Heave Ho, very successfully for years now on a horse of mine and I am a believer in their products.”

“I had a great experience today at the Grooming Salon here. They allowed me to schedule online and then called two days before to confirm my appointment. Sarah groomed Sammy (who is almost 14 years old now) and she did a great job, taking care to make him look just like the pictures I showed her from a previous grooming appointment at a different salon. The whole process took maybe an hour tops, and she called me right after she finished which made the process less stressful for my old man. No waiting around for hours in a cage here! Would highly recommend Sarah and this salon in general!”

“I recently have used the grooming services twice. Once for a nail trim and the other for a full haircut, bath and nail trim. I have had a good experience with Shawn each visit. She goes over what my puppy can expect, what I can expect and listens to any concerns I have. Shawn let me know the photos I showed her for the haircut I wanted for my pup would look a little different since my puppy had slightly different fur than the dog in the photo. I appreciated her honesty and recommendations. I am giving Petco four stars because of the unnecessary fees they tack on to the services. Just add them into the price of the haircut or service you are getting. I felt nickeled and dimed when I went to pay. I will be back and I recommend asking for Shawn. She is very knowledgeable and kind.”

“They truly care about the pets including the fish. They don't have enough staff (excuse me...corporate?) But the folks who work are all super helpful and kind. Recommend this petco over the local Pet Smart any day. Fish are healthier”
