Mr Mills was amazing, empathetic, and kind. I wish I could say the same for the claims person we got assigned to us.
We could call Mr Mills and he would listen. Dealing with an uncooperative person was bad, and Mr Mills was an ear to us. We eventually called our twp codes office and the repairs started to begin. I recommend all of my friends to Mills Allstate Insurance Company.

After receiving yet another increase in our auto and homeowners insurance rates combined with coverage for a young driver, it was time to get new quotes.After shopping around we decided to meet with Paul Mills and his team. Mr. Mills is not currently our agent but we will be calling him about going with Allstate.In June our aunt and uncle both passed away due to a vehicle accident. I had to speak with Mr. Mills several times and he showed me such kindness and compassion and concern from the time our relatives first entered the hospital and after they passed away. He helped me navigate the vehicle part of the accident and even helped me with questions about other aspects of the accident. Mr. Mills seems like the kind of agent who would care about his clients.
