Having come from no martial arts background, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Everyone from the front desk to the coaches have been very welcoming and helpful from day one. Clean and orderly facilities and a great atmosphere.

Great instructors, good family environment. I do muay thai and my husband does jiu jitsu. If you're looking for a great place to train and learn, Paramount is hands down the best!
