I came in less than a month before my wedding with a new dress that needed alterations (unfortunately, my original dress was poorly altered by another seamstress to the point that I had given up and bought a $125 dress from Lulus)They were so kind!!! It was a tight timeline and I was panicking, but they said they would work overtime if they had to because this was important and there was no other option! It was my first time coming here and I couldn’t believe the generosity. I got the dress back the week of the wedding and it was PERFECT.”

“I come to the Gay Street location once a week to drop off and pick up my dry cleaning. The staff at this location is Amazing, They go above and beyond to offer "great" customer service to their customers. You would NEVER know if they were having a bad day because they are consistently friendly and very welcoming. Diane (who recently retired in December 2023) was one of my favorite people to see when visiting this location. Now that she is no longer their Rodger has taken place as my favorite. He's extremely patient, kind, caring and accommodating as you can tell he cares about his job and how well customers are treated. Thank you Diane and Rodger for going out of your way to ensure customers like myself are provided "Excellent" customer service every time we visit your store. Oh! “Prices may be a little high, but it's totally worth it. My husband and I have gotten many items dry cleaned here as well as altering all types of clothing (winter jacket, bridesmaid dress, hemming, etc). The quality of the work is fantastic and even though I've recently moved, I'm contemplating driving all the way back down to get something else altered! Great place!”

“One of the only delivery dry cleaners in the area. Delivery at times can be delayed due to labor shortages. Also with the hours of ops with other cleaners the pickup and delivery does come in handy for folks who work. Cleaning and prices are ok. The owner is very responsive and is willing to work with you if there is an issue.”

“The place is great, other than one constantly reoccurring problem. The stacks of dryers on the rear wall of the building do not dry at the same rate of speed. I loaded my clothes, half in the top dryer, the equal amount in the dryer directly under the top one. I put the same exact amount of money in both dryers, on the same temperature, and at the end, the clothes in the upper dryer were super dry, however the bottom dryer still had almost half the clothes still damp. Not overloaded, nothing super heavy, just doesn't work like the other, upper dryers do.”
