Wish I had gotten his name, but the phlebotomist I had today was so lovely and understanding when I told him I was very nervous about this (I'm VERY squeamish about needles and it was only my second time ever having blood taken for anything). He did a phenomenal job at distracting me during the process even when the first vein he tried didn't work so he had to try another, which normally would have really freaked me out but I barely even noticed it because he kept me so engaged in conversation! Thank you for such a relieving experience!

Stopped in this morning for bloodwork, no appointment and was in an out in under 15 minutes (arrived at 6:30 - was the first one to check in!) The woman at the front desk was beyond pleasant, but the lab tech seemed to have a bit of an unnecessary attitude (but was good at his job). Four stars - people need to smile more ?

I never am happy when I arrive to do a blood work only to find a note on the window saying they are not taking walk-in appointments due to staffing issues what's up with that

Glad I made an appointment. Sign posted on entrance door stated no walk-ins. Sat down for my appointment and surprised that there were 4 walk-ins before me. Waited for 45 minutes and left. One employee working. Can’t possibly keep up with the work load. Very sad!

Not a good experience. Had a 1pm appt. They took a 1:15 appt before me and when I pointed that out to the woman at the desk she had lots of attitude. Telling me she just finished her lunch break and didn’t know what was going on? Then took me back. She never pulled up her mask, did did not want my script and still had attitude? Sent me to room 1 to wait longer. Nick was great at the draw! He took my script. But - that was on 12/14 and as of today 12/18, there is no record in the Lab Corp portal of any results, pending or otherwise. So the fact that 5 tubes were drawn and no record of results is a huge fail in my book. I won’t be going back to Hopewell anytime soon. But evidently I’ll have to go back for another blood draw. 3 stars is probably too many.

This place is my little secret. Finally time I share... If you've ever walked out of a LabCorp or Quest empty handed, been called a "tough stick", accused of not drinking enough water (even after drinking your body weight worth of it in ounces), or absolutely dread getting your blood taken then this is your place. Trust me. It's not always quick and easy but they WILL get your blood drawn. I drive past two other LabCorp and at least one Quest to come here. I remember Nick helping me when I was a regular during my last pregnancy and he's still there!! Hope he never leaves. Wish I remembered the woman's name also helping me today. She was SO kind. Thank you all so much!!

Rude staff. Felt unwelcome. Phlebotomist was rough while collecting blood. Created much pain that lasted long after the blood draw. I will definitely prefer Questdiagnostics over this Labcorp location. The only good thing was that walk-in wait time was less.

I went into the LabCorp on Hopewell Road yesterday and was greeted by Jameka. I didn’t have an appointment, but she said no problem I could just sign in.In the meantime, it was very busy and there was a customer who was upset with her wait time. Jameka was so good with this customer that they ended the visit with a hug. When it was my turn, Jameka sincerely apologized for the wait (which was not long, and I didn’t have a appointment). She was such a dear person, and we had a lovely chat while she signed me in, then drew my blood. Our visit ended with a hug as well lol. Please don’t lose Jameka. She was so kind and professional. I wish there were more people in the world like her. Thank you.

This place is amazing. Very organized. Got me in and out in 20 minutes. I did not have an appointment. I was a walk in. Just don’t forget to register on the kiosk. it was clean. A nice big waiting room. And no mask. I went to labCorp in Coatesville first. it was 7:20 and I would not have been seen until 11:40. I know insane. But the workers there were nice but I left. A pleasant smile and organization. It goes a very long way. Grateful for the work they do. Be nice to them. Thank u

I have never felt so unwelcome in a health facility. The older balding male employee saw me walk through the door rolled his eyes and stomped away. I told him I can tell you clearly don’t want me here, have a nice night. He then snaps back well we clearly close in 5 min if you looked at the door hours. Which I understand it stinks when people come in late, I work with the public so I can relate… however if your hours at 7-2:30 then you’re open - it’s that simple. He tried to rush me to sign into the kiosk to get me in and out. I declined and said I would hate to inconvenience you guys, I can tell you don’t want me here have a nice night. The female employee beside him was silent, not surprised.

A very nice office that's clean and comfortable. The staff (I apologize I forgot her name) that did my lab work was very professional and efficient. She had me done in under five minutes and was painless. Thank you!!!

This is my go-to for blood draws. I love that I can check in and wait in my car. Typically they run on time for appointments, and the employees are friendly and good at their jobs. I have small veins and they're usually spot on.

Worst service ever… the staff does not know how to run an office… one woman did not have her script so instead of having her step away to call and wait for the fax to come in and let the next in line go the whole waiting room had to wait the 20 minutes for her script to go through. Three staff members and averaged 2 patients an hour.

Absolutely horrible and worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only man who works there clearly is more upset about his hair balding then anything else. I practically got screamed at by the employees for walking into their unlocked location thinking they were still open. Absolutely horrible do not recommend. Also every single blood tests I’ve gotten here resulted in unconsciousness.
