Horrible. Rust is everywhere, machines with no grease so nothing slides easy or there's too much grease leaking out of other machines. The dirtiness of this gym ruined my brand new pants. Not to mention there's sweat marks from months of not being cleaned on every piece of glass there and what appears to be snot on the walls. Sticky floors, broken scales, and management that doesn't care. I watch the pride employees walk around with cleaning products but that's all they do, just walk around, they don't clean.
This location is in dire need of some TLC and I doubt it'll ever happen. Find you something else cause this ain't it.

Dirty, broken equipment, and rude staff that won’t stop calling after I have requested 6 times for my contact info to be deleted. DO NOT do the free trial - it is not worth it. Certainly not worth the price for a membership.

It's an ok gym. You get a lot of stares, and the people at the front are really pushy to get you to take a class with their fitness person. Not very friendly at all and when I ask for help I get a scoff. I don't want to apart of this gym anymore and the only way to cancel is either going there and canceling with them or filling out a form and mailing it to their corporate office. If you ask me a company who asks for a membership at that price with the amount of people actually going could make the cancelation process available online in about 2 months but no corporate would rather pay themselves rather than listen to the customer.

LA Fitness has some good features, like the pool, sauna, and a variety of classes, which are definite perks. However, the gym itself is in serious need of an update. Many of the machines have visible rust, which is a huge turn-off and raises concerns about maintenance. It’s disappointing to see the equipment in such poor condition. While the amenities are nice, the overall experience could be much better with some investment in facility upkeep.

Equipments are very old and badly maintained. Facility is dirty. WIFI is also nonexistent. The only reason being here is the pool.

This location is okay… I normally go to WC location which I think is nicer. This location is always hot as heck and their wifi is spotty - since there’s poor service in the building that means plan ahead if you stream music to work out. Decently clean, definitely room for improvement in some areas but not gross

I joined the gym and the next day found out I was pregnant (I only joined for the sauna which I can’t use) I called to cancel and they convinced me to just freeze the account claiming they wouldn’t charge me.
Well. Here I am getting charged 10 a month. Called today. Asked for a call back. Knew I wouldn’t get one so I asked the kid to make sure they called me back. Shocker. They didn’t. Gym management is the worst.

Apparently, you can’t cancel your membership over the phone. I need to take time out of my busy workday to go in and meet with the manager. Utterly ridiculous. Why don’t they just say “please come in so that we can try to rope you into staying.” At least be honest about it. Shameful.

I had to return several times to cancel my membership and was told that the manager would contact me, but never did because they were unavailable. When I called to follow up regarding my cancellation, I was told I would need to come up again as they cannot do it without me being in person. Mind you, the sales manager said to me that Madison would be able to take care of it when he took down my information. What is the purpose of taking down my information if the manager was never going to call or handle it? I am a mom of five, and it’s already hard trying to make time for myself, but now I have to waste my time and gas again to accomplish a task that should have been completed when I came in person twice. This is horrible customer service, and honestly, it seemed like there needed to be an operation manager available for guests, especially when they come during regular business hours.

I have been a member of LA fitness for 2 years, and it is the most enjoyable gym environment I have found. Brett, the custodian here keeps the gym clean all throughout the day, never leaving spills or garbage on the ground, which I have not found to be the case at other locations or gym clubs in general! Barbara the Pilates teacher is one of my main reasons for coming to LA fitness, she offers high quality Pilates instruction and my only feedback is that I wish she had classes more frequently throughout the week. I met Kurt, a new personal trainer who is a great addition to your team. He is quick to be helpful and went out of his way to find answers to questions for me even though this is only his second week at LA fitness. I recommend this LA Fitness Location to everyone in this area, if you’re looking for a great workout environment with a helpful team, a clean space, and overall friendly gym goers.

Dirty, none of the equipment gets upgraded. The treadmills are so old that they are still equipped with chargers for really old iPods. Equipment takes forever to get serviced when it's broken. Always missing paper towels and soap in the bathrooms. Weights are never in the right area

Great gym but cmon refill the wipes and sanitizers!
