I went into this bank closed my account but they are still charging me fees! Terrible bank with Terrible customer service. Tonya was not at all helpful on the phone.

Used to come to this bank all the time. Made a 25 minute trip home from school and decided to stop back here because it’s the closest KeyBank to my house. Not realizing this branch closed at 4:00PM, I arrived at 4:02PM to doors being locked. No surprise, I would want to get out as soon as possible too. A man unlocked the door asked me what I needed and all I had to do was deposit some cash. He asked if I had a debit card and when I responded yes I was expecting him to help me out since it takes 30 seconds and he was asking me all these questions making it seem like I would get help he just told me “sorry, if you have a check go to the ATM.” Thanks for wasting my time.

I have been with Key Bank since long before it was Key Bank, even though I moved quite a distance away years ago. The reason is that the service has always been outstanding; and yet - the folks at this branch, and my relationship manager, Chuck, in particular go way above and beyond already superb service. These folks will take good care of you. I've never banked with better.

I recently was contacted by a spammer claiming that there was an account made in my name at this bank. Thanks to the work of the employee Chuck, I was able to find out that this was only a spoofing call.

Used the drive thru on 8/21. Must not have had enough staff to help customers. Sitting in my car, on a really hot day, sweating my a$$ off and still waiting for someone to help me with a withdrawal. Had my cat to the vet so he's in the car with me, panting and if anything happens to him I will be holding key bank responsible. Pushed the call button after 15 minutes, no response. Pushed the call button a second, third time before I get someone to respond. Waiting in a hot car, on a hot day with a sick animal for more than 20 minutes only to be told, "we're really busy it'll be a few more minutes", is not acceptable. I now understand why the Airport Road branch had closed. Poor service means less people using your bank.

Susan Hernandez was unable to correctly complete a wire transfer and almost lost a significant amount of money. I would reconsider banking here.
