I am visiting from Houston Tx and stop bye but sales person told me we do sales to contractors party only I did request for nearest store where I can get capacitor for my daughter a/c unit he gave me two names they might be sale to me or not. I went to Home Depot I got the address which store is on same street address and just two block away I came back and got my part from Tribles store..I don’t understand why some people are so means to in sharing information.

Wouldn’t sell to a non contractor. Great way to loose business. Both places I called the folks on the phone were very rude.I wish you all could have heard the conversation, these people would be out of business. Worthless individuals.

After making a few calls, Johnstone had the part I needed, sold it to me as a regular homeowner, not a contractor, and my furnace was back up and running quickly! Had initially called a different store in the chain that didn't have the part, but they gave me the address for the Downingtown location and put in an order to have the part set aside for me.
