The first time I waited with the car, and it was a few hours. The second time I had to leave it with the service desk on a Friday night. No word from them all day Saturday, and we were told it would be a bit because of parts needing to be ordered. Called again mid-way through the week and were told we'd get a call back. Got one, same answer. Called again a week later and was offered a loaner. Got the loaner, still no communication, so we had to call again. More voicemails, and another callback promising to get more info by 5pm. No callback. Called again the next day, need more time, will call back. No callback.
I understand that the car needed work, but some more communication and updates would be greatly appreciated.
They have had the car for 2 weeks and getting a solid answer has been like pulling teeth. An email, or a text, or anything just saying "Here's where we are" or "We ran into an issue and need more time" would have gone a long way.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience today. Isaiah was an amazing salesman he was patient kind and he took the time to explain everything and he was very helpful in helping her choose her dream car. Thanks also to Joe, Bob, and Nate they all were very helpful as well.

If a VW is what you're looking for then this is the ONLY place you need to go. Ask for Kenny Ortiz! He will go well beyond the call of duty to get what you want. Kenny has an extremely kind heart and you will appreciate his time and effort spent helping you get the VW you want. He makes the entire experience stress free! What a wonderful person to have met and the dealership runs a very professional process.

Unfortunately I will not be recommending this dealer. I got an atlas here some years ago and had a big issue with a brand new vehicle where it was in service for a month and dealing with their service department at that time was a nightmare. Long story short I was in the market for a brand new Golf R and decided to give this dealer another go. When I inquired I was reached out by a gentleman that told me all their golf R’s are marked up $5k over sticker. I said I never paid above msrp and it wont start today. He then said okay well that’s what we do because these are more “rare”. Buddy if you are reading this, these cars are not “rare” lol they are just more limited than a Jetta because there is less people in the market for a $40k+ plus hot hatch. What a joke that comment was. I then hung up and called a dealer an hour away from them and they had the exact “manual” golf r I wanted and sold it to me at msrp same day. I won’t ever be returning here again. You guys lost a customer for life.

Went here to get a replacement key fob for my Jetta but the ignition piece was broke ? I ended up leaving with a second car! Kenny made sure I was in a car I loved! My credit isn’t that strong and I only had a $1000 to put down but they were patient and I was able to walk away with a 2021 Jeep with low mileage & a monthly payment I am comfortable with! Thank you Kenny!

I had a wonderful experience at Volkswagen dealership. Walter is a nice man very patient and answered all our questions.He never tried to pressure us, which is important because this not an easy decision.
Everyone we came into contact with was nice. I haven't had this kind of experience in other dealerships. Kudos to you guys

Sarah and Christine are awesome and this review has nothing to do with them. For some reason "Management" is now charging 3% if you use your credit card which is ridiculous as I am sure his merchant fees are less so now Jeff D is making money on the use of credit cards - wow! And no I'm not using my debit card so that's not an option.
