I’ve only had good experiences with their service department in the past, but something has changed recently. I dropped my car off for oil change to their express lane this weekend. They usually have it done pretty quickly. Dropped off at 9:30am and no call back. I finally call back at 5pm to be told service is closed but I can pick up my keys at reception. As soon as we entered the building and established we weren’t there to purchase a car, it’s like we were invisible. I waited in line at the receptionist’s desk for maybe 20 minutes with no one walking up to ask why we were there in back of another customer. The same car salesman working with the customer ahead of us kept lurking to see what the receptionist was doing. After 20-25 mins, my husband reasonably asked if someone else could help us, and the receptionist proceeded to yell out numbers. Apparently, she had been counting $9k of cash by hand. At one point, she starts counting the cash on top of the desk so it was clearly seen by other patrons. Then, the car salesman finally agreed to count it himself so we could move on with our night. She proceeds to tell us that she’s been counting that money for an hour because she keeps getting interrupted….Why this dealership had her doing that is absolutely beyond me. This is just poor business practice. Not one individual apologized for our wait, we were just told it wasn’t their fault that service never called us. Sure, it’s no one’s fault that was still working but it’s also not our fault? And it wasn’t our fault that this woman was doing it all on her own while the sales floor team had walked past her hundred times and offered no assistance until we asked for help. I can only imagine how deals are made here if this is an example of business they do. Overall, everyone seemed miserable, and I will be going to other establishments who understand what customer service is.

Mark Lodzuk is the perfect Sales Consultant!!!! I spoke with him earlier in the week. We discussed what I needed, could afford and hoped for. When I came to appointment, he had 2 vehicles ready. Within minutes, I was sold. Beyond excellent service, honesty and knowledge. I wouldn't go with anyone else!!!

I was visiting D’Ambrosio Dodge and Chrysler in Downingtown today for an express oil, lube, and filter, and information and options regarding my upcoming lease expiration. Everyone was very nice and willing to help across the board! Thank you.

We recently entered into the process of purchasing a used car with great anxiety. After speaking with multiple dealers we were left uncertain on finding someone we could trust that we could work with. Then we starting working with George Clark at Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downingtown. From the minute we walked into the showroom the whole staff made us feel welcomed and never pressured. By far this was the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. A special thanks to Frank Castillo who went out of his way to help us as our salesman through the whole process. I would highly recommend him. If you want a top notch car buying experience make the trip to Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group and they will work hard to earn your trust too! Great work!

I just don't get it. I buy a 60000 jeep and take it to my first service. Which is free, that's nice. But I schedule for 730 am. And as any good customer, I'm sure to be on time for my appointment. The problem is they don't open til 730. You would assume that they still would let people in, etc. But they don't. They leave a line of cars outside the building and then start letting people in at about 735. This about basic courtesy. If you don't let people in for their 730 appointment earlier, it's rude. It's that simple. I told the lady that was helping me about this and the answer was the classic "we aren't in charge of that". LOL. And then she went further to tell me that "it's hard cause there's only one door for the cars to get in" Which has absolutely nothing to do with opening up earlier. Either you open at 7am cause you have 730am appointments, or you open at 730 and move the earliest appointment to 8am. I guess the manager for the service department just doesn't get basic courtesy. Definitely should have someone explain it to him. I have 2 free oil changes and 3 free tire rotations left and that will be the last Jeff D'Ambrisio will hear from me. My next car will be bought at a dealership that actually understands customer service.

Mark Lodzuk was a pleasure to work with. As soon as I stepped into the center, I was greeted and he addressed my budget and needs. He made the buying process very smooth. This is a professional and efficient dealership. I look forward to recommending it to my friends and family. So excited to be part of the Jeep family!

I was referred here to service an issue I had with my 2008 Jeep Commander buy a former mechanic. The service manager was friendly and I thought they were going to identify my issue. They verified my problem but said that when my ABS engaged, it shut the scanner off. I had already replaced the left front ABS sensor and then the hub because that's what code was reading. They suggested replacing the right front hub because it was original and has rust on it.I told the service advisor that the problem was probably the steering angle position sensor but they did not test the vehicle when stationery turning the wheel to see if that was the problem.Replaced the right front hub just in case for no change and no surprise.$175 diag fee here without listening to what I told them was probably the problem.I took it to another shop who finally listened to what I thought the problem was, and it showed a faulty steering angle position sensor. $100 at a private shop to verify what the problem was.Easy DIY part replacement. Much easier than replacing the hubs that my son did.

Very great experience with your employee Sarah. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with and she took that extra step to help with any issues that I might had to deal with.

I bought a car on 10/13/23. It has been nothing but issues. I have not driven it for six weeks, as it has been getting fixed at Jeff D’Ambrosio. They will not make payments on my behalf for the car, so I am expected to pay for a car I haven’t seen or driven in six weeks. The service department informed me that it is at a wiring specialist but they are unable to tell me WHERE the car is… because the guy on the phone just didn’t know. I have experienced headache after headache in trying to get a hold of someone about making the payments, getting a rental car, etc. At one point I made over 40 calls in a 24 hour period to get a singular answer. Every time I call, I speak with someone different, and am always met with immense confusion on the other line. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop here. Find a knowledgeable dealership who sells quality cars and has some kind of actual customer service. Because if it doesn’t go as smoothly as it should, you’ll be stuck making $600/month payments on a car that you can’t drive. George, the service manager, will not even tell me where my car is at. He flat out refused to tell me. He was rude and abrasive on the phone and mentioned my Google review specifically. Hi George! Please don’t call people “buddy.” The dealership is unwilling to discuss other options as far as refunds, and making payments on my behalf, because I’m using a rental car of theirs. That’s why I pay the warranty… so I can have a car. George flat out refused my request to speak with someone about this. Now I’m made to feel like the bad guy, like I’m the issue here, because I’m a paying customer worried about my car I haven’t seen for six weeks. Don’t shop here.

What a scam company!!! False advertisement to 540 credit score and approved. The new one is 450 credit score and approved. My wife Danyel and I were in there a couple weeks ago. Donnie Jackson was the salesman. It was 2 1/2 hours with him and nothing happened. We were told the finance guy would be in touch. We didn't get to test drive anything or even work up numbers. We were told to keep in touch with the salesperson. Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I called the dealership and also chatted several times to no avail. Leave my name and email. Someone will get back to you. That never happened. I spoke with Jeff D'Ambrosio himself in the phone. He said he would call back in a 1/2 hour. Never received a call back. He is still looking into what happened. I called back and his lackee returned my call. He told me he was looking into it. Then last Sunday I received a call from Matthew about how bad my experienced was. All he said was he would talk to upper management. He was sorry and there should be a way to fix the hell we went through. Noone has addressed anything. This company is horrible. Stay away!!!!Update:I was told that January we would be good to go for a newer vehicle. It would be better because they could put some fake numbers for the year to the banks and get us approved. Well that hasn't happened. No phone calls from anyone to fix anything. I was told to take down the review. Never will do that. The owner hides just like everyone else at this company.
