“Nice store with generally friendly staff. Rarely super overcrowded. Have not seen as many stock shortages as other area supermarkets. There are still plenty of sale items at reasonable prices. Tuesday, seniors(60+) get an extra 5% off.”

“Don at deli was super friendly and courteous when i needed lunch meat at closing time. He gladly sliced what i came for after iI said dont worry about it due to closing time. And his co worker/young lady sliced the cheese with pleasure. Both were super attentive to me and another customer last Thurs 10/26. Thanks guys. Ed”

“We recently moved across the street from Turkey Hill, in Thorndale. I have never really cared for the store”Turkey Hill” in my past experience everyone I went to, was run down, dirty, employees weren’t welcoming or friendly, and the food was always disgusting from being left sitting for hours because no one purchased.My thoughts when we moved across the street was I would probably not go there for anything but milk, bread, and maybe coffee. Or fountain drinks for my husband. But my perception of Turkey Hill has been drastically transformed.I can not say enough wonderful things about this specific Turkey Hill. Every single member of their team has been extremely welcoming, friendly, approachable and the food they have made in their open fridge area, (prepared food to reheat) and the food on the rollers and the hot window, is absolutely FANTASTIC!! We have never had a bad experience at here , and we go there daily multiple times a day, to pick up one thing or another.Plus it is so clean and organized! Every time I arrive an employee is wiping, or sweeping or mopping. Whatever the managers or owners are doing at this Turkey Hill they are doing it right!Oh and another thing, my dog was hit 2 weeks ago by a car while I was over at Turkey hill. She broke out of the Fenced in area and was hit. She survived but at that moment we weren’t sure if she’d make it. The very next time I went in Turkey Hikl, their was long line of customers, and I was quite far back, and the cashier stopped looked at me and then asked how she was. He was concerned about her as well. And our family as a whole.I really can’t imagine how this store received 3.6 total stars that’s nuts!!! This is the best convenience store I’ve ever went to, I am 41 years old, so I’ve been to quite a few. Hands down the best!Thank you all for making us feel welcome in our new neighborhood!”

“This store rocks as a whole! Shoutout to the pickup order crew- they always treat me with respect as a DoorDasher. While BJ’s is great altogether, the place they really shine is the Optical department.The purpose of this review is to recognize the extreme dedication and resiliency of the optical manager, Cindy. I’ve been going to her for a couple years now for my glasses and occasionally contacts too. She is the best technician I’ve ever had for eye care. Her knowledge of lenses is top notch. She can talk to anyone. Her kindness towards everyone is evident in how she approaches customer service.I just adore her, and want BJ’s management to know how much the community appreciates her. I’ve talked to a few BJ’s members over the years that have commented on the excellent experience they’ve had with this optical department. It seems like there’s always high turnover in this field, but despite that issue she always sticks around. Once again, fir the *** 3RD *** time I asked for my coldcuts to be sliced THIN . Once again Hyram cuts it THICK, I have been my coldcuts sliced THIN for MORE than *** 32 *** YEARS ! W.T.F. is so hard about slicing the way I want, NOT how YOU want Hyram. This is the FINAL time ! Hyram , get your brain, ( if you have one, out of your A*S !”
