Jackie is fantastic. she always does a fantastic job on my hair.I have had some bad cuts from other but Never from Jackie. super friendly and very skilled. She takes the time needed to do a great job and not feel like she rushes me through with a bad haircut.I would request her every time if I could.

I've been going here for about ten years and have been generally satisfied. I really like how you can book online and arrive just in time to be seen. I don't know how prices compare but they seem a little steep @20. My wife has never been happy with the cuts she gets and has opted to go elsewhere. Kids cuts are fine too. Your mileage may vary.

I usually go to a barber but they helped me out in a pinch. Friendly staff and was satisfied with the haircut.

This is located in a strip mall located near Pennsylvania Ave in Downingtown, closer to Kimberton and Planet fitness. The parking is shared, and plenty. You can check in via their page to reduce your wait time. This place is not usually crowded and has fewer wait times than most nearby locations. There are closer to 4 stylists working at a time. They are friendly, I always had good experience with this location. They do honor coupons for services, including haircuts, and staff is okay with that and doesn'thesitate. I have used this place more than 5 times and am very much happy with them and continue to use it.

I pay for a $20 haircut and get a $20 haircut. Sometimes better. Sometimes worse.

Always get a very good hair cut. Staff always helpful and attentive. Use online check--in. You can even get a text when it's time to leave.
