Highly recommend Dr. Schurtz! She is extremely kind, caring, and takes the time to listen to you and come up with an action plan. Her nurse is always wonderful and the staff is quick to respond and get you into their schedule. I've never had an issue!

Dr. Peri is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. I switched to her after seeing her for a sick visit and I’m so glad she did. She really cares about patients and spends time to ensure you feel heard. She caught an issue that even multiple visits with a specialty doctor did not catch.

Be careful discussing past medical history during your physical - They'll hit you with another bill by surprise citing that it's an office visit in addition to a physical, which isn't preventative care. This includes discussing existing medical issues OR things they don't currently treat you for - as an example, something I had medically resolved years before ever setting foot in the practice led to a bill. I'd advise setting expectations in the beginning of the appointment because you could be out another $50+ dollars for what was supposed to be a physical.

I love my doctor, Dr Jessica Schleusner. She called me at home to check up on me when I was sick. She really cares. I don't know how she does it with a young family. She's amazing!

It’s gone so downhill. The staff are rude and dismissive and the drs do not care the way they should if they loved their job. I left in tears.

They do not listen to their patients. Each time I've come here in the past year or so, I've had a bad experience. My last experience, which was yesterday, was not great either. I came in with a migraine that's lasted over a week and I thought the vist would have been a little longer with more compassion. Doctor Schurtz was quick and not thorough. She didn't bother looking in my eyes or ears, didn't check my neck for lumps, nothing. She sat across from in her chair with her laptop, asked minimum questions and basically told ME how I was feeling then wrote 2 prescriptions and was off. It never feels like I'm heard here. It seems like the doctors are quick to be in and out. I've been dealing with these migraines since I've been a teenager and each time I try to advocate for myself and sugvest an MRI or blood work, I get shut down. I will be looking for a new prqctice.

Dr DiCicco and Dr Peri are very knowledgeable and very caring. Both doctors have helped my family and I and have been so caring throughout each visit. Wonderful to have such great doctors.

I have always loved Dr. D. However the office anymore sucks to say it bluntly! In the last month I have called four times and every time I have ended up going to urgent care. That’s just crazy to me. Why have a primary if I end up just using a local urgent care off. Getting scripts refilled is a even bigger joke even after going to urgent care. The nurses just down right suck. Time to find a primary office closer to home. This office is no longer worth the drive. Peace out. Gateway medical. So sad to leave Dr D. But oh well. The office no longer wants or cares to hear the patients needs.

I saw Dr. Brosius during Sunday walk-in hours for my never ending sore throat issue. She was really great. She listened, did the exam, and ran multiple swabs to figure out if this is viral or if my previous strep infection wasn't knocked out by antibiotics. The organization however was not the best. I arrived 15 minutes prior to the opening time and was annoyed/surprised to find that there was a LINE of 15+ people down the sidewalk. The only thing that saved me from waiting hours was the majority of the people there had covid/flu issues and were sent to their cars to call and wait there. When I asked if this is how it is every time, they explained it was. Penta should send an e-mail instructing people what to do for walk in appointments and hold them accountable to those instructions. I heard multiple people attempting to argue their case even though they displayed flu-like symptoms of why they don't need to go to their car to the woman at the elevator as well as the front desk. Some of these people were allowed in the waiting room with the rest of us who did not have flu like symptoms. Either apply the rules to all or don't apply them at all.

Downingtown office ...PHEWGoing there for years , hard to get them to respond to pharmacies requests for refills of routine meds, today seen by Laurie N.P. for first time , and last time . Could not discuss med issues with her, i was continually cut off ..very rude treatment , WOULD NOT listen to my concerns , at one point suggested I seek a different medical practice ,so upset She left the room for 5-10 min. Stating " I'm so upset I'm shaking" .seem overstretched at that office . Hope they can reduce tension in that office !
