The new group is no where as good as the old group. They changed software systems and now every single time I need to get a prescription or blood work something goes wrong. It has been this way for over 6 months. I’m sure the new ownership group is just some stupid insurance money grab and has ultimately plummeted the quality of care the patient receives. If you are a new patient keep looking for another doctors office.
Terrible office to work with due to their “new” system.

Normally I am not the type of person that complaints right but I am human. How is it possible that I had an appointment from months ago scheduled and I showed up and all I got was an I’m sorry but your appointment was cancel no notes from anyone or explaining why just cancel. To make it worse the front desk staff goes and talks to the provider and all she comes back with is she sees no point is seeing you since we are waiting for lab work results. Excuse me I have other issues that I wanted to discussed with her today. What a way to handle your mistake. Maybe train your front desk people better and whoever cancel my appointment hope gets reprimanded. What a first horrible experience. Oh but don’t worry she will see you next Tuesday @7:30am when she doesn’t even starts until 8am. Like for real.

Dr. Brosious is wonderful but office policies could be better as a whole. I drove an hour to my appointment and was 2 minutes past the designated time and the office cancelled my appointment. I was forced to reschedule for a whole month later.

Dr. Bonnes is genuinely one of the best providers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is incredibly intelligent, thorough, and caring. I moved and still travel a distance because she is worth it as a provider!!

I don’t like this place. I had gyn appointment. They collected the pap specimen and sent to labcorp for testing without patient identification. Labcorp rejected specimen. I am so angry. Still I didn’t get the call from doctor office to let me know. I figured out this from patient epic access chart. This is not only the one incident happened. I called and left the message for nurse regarding my medication refills and still I didn’t get the call back. Finally I called the pharmacy and found out they told me yes doctor changed the medication strength. I am going to change my doctor. I never recommend anyone to Pentahealth. Very bad service. Rude staff.

Called to make an appointment as a first time patient. Was abruptly told (before I could even finish my statement) I would have to wait until June, it could not be for a physical and I was only allowed to see certain doctors. Ok. I work in the medical field I get it. Then when we moved to insurance talk she put me on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and called down the street. I have an appointment in 2 weeks. No regard or empathy whatsoever.

Dr. Yeh was incredible, really listened to me and my concerns. He is patient and caring and I'm 100% certain I've found my new primary doctor.

Worst place ever . I moved and lived in 5 different states due to school and work and been with many primary care. I have been with this since 2018 and two different primary doctors. And I went there multiple times. So the review below is not one time experience
Top reasons they suck :
1. They made billing errors. I don’t if they purposely coached their doctors to do that or what, but they coded it wrong and when u try to talk to the billing, they are also rude and accuse you of asking questions; different tone when your insurance was on the phone with you but I felt they were gaming and always trying to get more money from you.
2. People are rude and lack of empathy. Not expecting they treat me like royal, but from front desk check in, to their doctor to their billing people, it’s like they are cold and borderline annoyed by the fact that they need to care for you.
3. The doctors are not capable of. I two three different illnesses, all of them ended up need 2nd opinions because they don’t have answers. But spinner me around for additional visits and changes .
The nice thing is the location. I live in Downingtown so it’s close to get to.
Run from this place.

Spoke to Erika on the phone to get some results and she had an attitude for no reason.

Highly recommend Dr. Schurtz! She is extremely kind, caring, and takes the time to listen to you and come up with an action plan. Her nurse is always wonderful and the staff is quick to respond and get you into their schedule. I've never had an issue!

Dr. Peri is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. I switched to her after seeing her for a sick visit and I’m so glad she did. She really cares about patients and spends time to ensure you feel heard. She caught an issue that even multiple visits with a specialty doctor did not catch.

Always have to wait 45+ mins after appt time. Front desk is rude and short. Been trying to give them a chance with everything going on but I am finding a new pcp.
