Why is this location even open? You can’t get in the lobby and then I try to use the drive-through. ATM is always down and even though I see three people they act like they couldn’t see me.

This branch is a absolute joke. They have closed the lobby meaning unless you make an appointment you must use drive up.I generally only go to this location to get change for my job when I'm in a pinch. A simple thing like this ended up on multiple occasions taking well over 20 minutes.There is absolutely no excuse for that and there is NO reason you should have the lobby closed.

This has got to be the worst bank branch I have ever dealt with the teller with grey hair had no idea what she was doing could not even handle processing a payment!

Horrible experience with them. Have plenty of money in my account. But, their online banking system will not show you your account number. So, even if you call the branch, have an account statement, and check your online banking portal you can't get your full account number. Needed to pay a bill from this bank and was told by Pat, the manager, that she cannot give me that information. That's fine. I'll be withdrawing my money next week.

I do not recommend Fulton bank to anyone trying to open a checking account. I have been with this bank since I was 16 years old, I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. I was out on maternity leave for 3 months. (Unpaid) when I left for maternity leave my account had a positive balance. I do not have any bills taken out of this account. Today, I was trying to order my son some clothing for spring and summer, I went to checkout and my card was declined. I tried logging into my account and it was telling me that it was not active. I thought this was a mistake so I called Fulton bank, I was informed my account had been closed for a negative balance and inactivity. I tried explaining I was out on maternity leave and I was not being paid. The teller on the phone basically told me she couldn’t help and my only option was to pay them. I asked to speak to the branch manager and was told the same thing. I was NEVER aware my account had been closed until today. I was not told the account was being closed and I was never given a statement showing my account was negative. Horrible customer service.

never been so mistreated by a staff or bank in my entire life.... ive been banking here for twelve years and absolutely floored with the treatment and lack of concern they have for their clients..... all i needed was help. 0/10 for your employee pat. shes anything but kind... absolutely cruel.

Criminally high overdraft fees that they charge you even if the money is simply in the wrong account (checking vs savings) would reccomend banking at a more trustworthy institution.

Lost my ID, they refused to take security questions and my social security number to let me withdrawl. Changing banks avoid this location. Going to exton where they said thats they will accept questions and social security.
