FMCU in Downingtown has been great. I have power of attorney for my father, and they helped me get access to his account to help pay for his care and bills. Every experience working with the Downingtown branch has been positive. I am opening an account for myself, and my son based on my experience.

I lost my card so I had to go get a new one. Hayley had me in and out with a new card in about 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

Was a customer with FMFCU for almost 18 years. Line of credit, checking, savings, 2 car loans. One of my payments was late in 18 years because of bank error transferring money from my other bank. Had never been late in any of my payments for 18 years. They reported it to credit bureaus and lowered my credit score. They would not overturn it. Do not do business with these people. No loyalty or common sense.

Thank you Franklin Mint Credit Union. I have been a member since 1976. I worked at Franklin Mint back in 76 and signed up to the Credit union. They have been very supportive when I was going through hard times especially as a single Mom. Started at QVC in 1986 and they continued their branch there which was so convenient. Been with QVC for 35 years and to this day they have been my Credit union. Thanks again for all the support you gave me through out the years!!

Didn’t process any transactions overnight on 11/4/21 including payroll and distributions. Absolutely unacceptable from this financial institution. I will be seeking another bank starting today.

I became a member before the Downingtown branch existed. I was a QVC employee and worked in their main office (since relocated). FM had a branch in both of those locations. Since I left QVC, I had a hard time deciding which branch to use. I'm so glad they opened this location because it's so much more convenient than the West Chester branch.

I had issues with my count and they were right there for me to take care of it. And they make you feel like your at home . You can go in and have nice conversations and even joke around with everyone in there . I enjoy going in the bank. They also helped me with my financial problems. I recommend this bank to anybody Who's planning on switching banks.

Horrible experiences here. My debit has been hacked 3 times in the last year. The last time created near $200 worth of overdraft fees due to the hacked charges. I am stuck with all the fees. FMFCU would not work with me on the fees and was stern on "sorry, your fault, you pay the charges, you should have checked your account sooner to see the hacked charges." Customer service is rather snobby and arrogant. Cannot wait to move to another bank. Save your time and sanity and just go to a bigger bank.
