I needed same-day dry cleaning services for a gown I was wearing as a wedding guest. I called Evergreen and they said “we will see what we can do”. I dropped the dress off at 8am the next day and it was ready by noon the same day! I will definitely plan better next time… but I appreciate Evergreen accommodating my needs. Thanks!

I’ve always had a great experience. They are reasonably priced and do great alternations. I don’t visit all that often, but I’m amazed, every time I do, the owner knows my name!

First time ever reviewing a business. I wish I could give it zero starts. This is a terrible business run by a rather rude woman. The woman at this business literally cheated me out of money. She added extra charges to my cleaning cost without telling me in advance. She would rather lose a customer over $2 or $3. When I pointed out to her what she did, she did not apologize nor did she offer to return the money. I can't trust the integrity of a business that's this desperate for a couple of dollars and deceptive with the close I put on my body. Won't be going back there again.

They were just as expensive as the hotel I was staying at, but they took a week for a pair of pants. They hotel offered same day service. Very slow turnaround time.

If I could give zero stars I would. We've been going to this dry cleaner for years ( over 10 years), mostly because it's really close to us and because it claims of being green/organic ( whatever it means) . I did alterations in different place due to the high pricing. My last experience was terrible. Picked up my husband's shirts. He opened it to wear in the morning and one of his quite expensive and favorite shirts was “bleached out" in multiple areas, ruined. It still had a tag from the dry cleaner. I bring it back and tried to address it with an owner. Wow! So rude, with major attitude, no responsibility was taken, no apology given. She kept rambling something completely incoherent in a very unpleasant manner. Finally I told her, we've been your customers for years and this is your response? This is how you handling if you damage something in your care? We won't be coming here anymore. Her answer: what do you want from me? At last, she said she will pay 50 or 60% of shirt cost. My husbands stops by next day, encounters the same rudeness and lack of any kind of regret or apology. He tells her he'll take 40 $ for over 100$ shirt ( it's a brand shirt so that the price verified easily online!). She says 20 and keeps arguing. He left her with her 20$. It's not even a matter of money anymore. It's a matter how you actually treat your long standing customer. This rude business owner would rather save 40$ and lose the customer. Appalling and very unpleasant experience. Thorndale Cleaners just got a new customer ( and they have over 30 great reviews). Slightly out of my way but I’ll prefer to be treated with respect & professionalism. I took some clothes for alterations there before.

I could not say enough positive things about this place along with the family who owns it. I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect so they in turn deserve nothing less than kindness and respect. They do a fantastic job and I would recommend coming here to anyone anytime and any day. I love you guys!! ❤️
